My thought exactly. Or else, it's just pure talk. They say they will make such a program, but I guess they won't
they will. otherwise Damgaard would just come to public and deny this.

Why would Damsgaard deny it? He's not involved in the project. They are only saying they will use CSC's program -- not they Damsgaard will be involved in it. |

huh? that's not what I thought from reading that. if that is the case, then I retract what I said about CSC's program.
because in CSC's program, the samples are tested by Damsgaard and his people, CSC only collect samples.

It would have got much more media attention here if Damsgaard had been involved. I'm about 95 % sure he isn't.
They say they will use Damgaard's program, not him |

it's what they did last year. they said they "were disappointed at the media for not reporting their doping program which was the same as T-Mobile". yeah, right.

Oscar Pereiro was honoured for his TdF win in 2006 today. He said he would have prefered to have received the jersey in Paris ... so, well, here he goes:

Danilo Di Luca was suspended for the coming three months by the CONI.
OMG, that punishment is really harsh, it will cost him his participation in many important races (or even minor races) such as Giro di Lombardia and... and... erm, that's about it.
Let's all praise Italian authorities for their determination to fight doping. Justice is blind, judges too. |

The fight against doping gets even worse :x:x:x
As of August 1, the UCI had conducted only 20 of 500 planned out-of-competition blood controls. Now Anne Gripper, the UCI's Anti-Doping Services Manager, has told the Neue Züricher Zeitung the reason. "The cyclists are in competition practically the whole time from spring to fall. That's why we planned from the beginning to make most of the controls between the end of October and Christmas."
And, randomly, I just have to add the new smiley

12.9 km at 8.5% average
then again, last year the details were also "leaked" a few days before the official presentation...and when the official day came, it turned out what had been leaked had very little similarity to the actual course
