Sigh, so just sent out the scouting reports...only to realize I was supposed to give 4 attributes and not just 2...okay new reports coming.
BTW: Reports are organized like this:

@Vien, remember, one rider with 1-6, could end up with 6, where as a 3-8, mihgt finish up at 3

The same case. Nevertheless, I'll continue scouting three of them and 2 new scouts for february.
Cyclism in Österreich has only one sponsor name and this is Red Bull so don't scout in Austria or I'll get angry hahaha
