Not really. You can get a very good climber that gets 200 WT points, and you can get a good sprinter and cobblestone rider who both get 100. Compare to real-life: Saxo Bank didn't get a lot of points last year, even though they had Contador. |

But why not start the CT teams with 3rd or 5th round? And that way the chances are equal, this way not... |

Because of the realism, I think. So that Continental teams have riders of about the same strength as IRL. |

I understand what Jax is staying, the difference in picks 1 and 18 becomes less valuable the further into the draft we go. Unfortunately I have to get the Conti teams in somewhere, and I think they need to get in after 3 riders have gone to all the WT teams.
I think you will find at this point though the talent level of riders really starts to level out.

Vien is right, its to try and keep competitive balance, Jax I get entirely what you are saying, that's why my original post has Conti teams starting in round 3, however when I looked at the talent left I decided it was still too strong and needs 1 more round to get where I want conti teams to start at.

Then make the CT draft starting with 3rd round, and this way we cant say nothing, because its fair and totally ok... (as example the best GC rider remaining its Rujano, who also ride in a CT team) And i hope u understand, im not against the all rules, only i want equal chance for everyone |

In 3rd round they should draft after the last PT team, as IRL PT teams have about 3 or more better riders. |

I don't have a vote as I'm a Conti team, but I think allowing us to start our picks after round 3 is fairer for the Conti teams. Starting after round 4 will make the gap much larger between us and WT teams.
I understand why there are fairness concerns for the WT managers, but you made the rules clear in the first couple of posts, and I don't think it will make that much difference in the long run.
Besides, it's only a game! |

Okay I have a new Idea!
I'll keep the conti teams starting in round 4, however only the conti teams with a user will draft before the WT teams (that is around 6ish right now I think).

Conti teams will have 24 riders either way, (currently they will have one extra round after the WT teams at the very end of the draft)

Correct. The User Conti Teams (5 right now) will pick at the start of Round 4, then the WT teams then the rest of the Conti that I have to pick for.
