Interesting... a big name, or someone who surprised in the TT perhaps? |

I think it's somebody who's subject to the blood passport, and of course it's someone who's participating (i.e. not Voeckler, Le Mével, etc.).
I suppose we'll know tomorrow. |

Already thought I understood that (using translators because I'm desperate to find out how well he'll do in the Tour). Shame, but on the other hand, doesn't that happen everywhere?

Ryan Roth ( SpiderTech powered by C10 ) wins Canadian RR ahead of Micheal Barry ( Sky ). Shame Barry didn't win it in what's probably his last season at Sky and possibly as a rider too.

According to twitter, only 56 riders are left in the Dutch Champs. Kroon is one of the many riders who ad to abandon due to a fall. Kreder and Stamsnijder are in hospital.
Current leaders: Hoogerland, Timmer, Clement and Van Luijck.

The Frenchman who couldn't start the race is Mickaël Delage (FDJ).
He allegedly got a prescription for a spray near the end of the Giro, and didn't know it could make the cortisol rate decrease dramatically.
I thought a professional team would be able to hire at least one competent doctor ?

Nevermind, saw it on the other page now
But Bazayev is Kazak champ on the road. Is this his second time? I like the guy though, so I am glad

In Germany, the 13 rider front group should battle for the win leading with more than 4 minutes at about 50k to go.
In this group are Greipel, Kittel, Martens, Wegmann, Gerdemann, Voigt and Hondo.

Quite a small upset in Italy, but considering what team Cataldo rides for this season, it's not as big
ITT Italy:
1 Dario Cataldo 45:49
2 Adriano Malori 0:02
3 Marco Pinotti 0:35
4 Tiziano Dall'Antonia 0:45
5 Moreno Moser 1:09

Sadly no, and there won't be a sprint battle between them, as the course is way too hilly for Kittel, who was dropped some minutes ago.

Not sure, but he dropped together with Stefan Schäfer (Team NSP - GHOST) and Fabio Nappa (Team Specialized Concept Store)
