yup they said it on the TV the other day, it's not due to be anounced any time before the end of the Vuelta. We'll have to wait and see.

Yes, if the new sponsors want to have a team, its better off starting from scratch, they tried it before for the TDF going under the name of team canyon (there bike make) and it was declined. its a lose lose situation with the ASO at the moment.
they may be a french sponsor though

so they should, the guy at the tour of britain said 'Agritubel suprisingly got a wildcard to the tour de france'
I said 'Of course they did, the fact they are French had nothing to do with it then'

I think everyone has a right to appeal a decision, so yes, he will probably appeal. |

even if by some impossible chance he's considered innocent, the prosecution will appeal...

O good, the outcome of the landis case, but after all of this i feel sorry for the guy. Obviously he may have taken performance enhancing drugs but to see him that state is not the way to go. That mans life is seriously ruined and i truely feel sorry for him. I really want to say he is not guilty, but i dont see it happening.

Karl: If he had just admitted what he has done, there would be no problems. He wouldn't have spent his entire fortune on expensive lawyers. He wouldn't even be jailed -- he could work with something else while being away from cycling. Instead, he choose to hire the most expensive lawyers, make the case go on for way too long --- and in the end, he will get a 2 year suspension, making it almost impossible for him to return to cycling. Now, that's so stupid, and I don't feel sorry for him at all. |

this is the one case where I have to admit...I'm not fully convinced of his guilt...
I mean...testosterone levels take weeks to go back to normal....his were normal for days, then onde day a gigantic spike, then back to normal the next day? very strange
