A. Schleck has to go above himself today, and take risks he usually don't take, to defend the jersey. I fancied his chances in dry conditions, but he usually gets too careful in wet conditions. Maybe Evans takes both the stage win and the overall now? Though, as long as he beats A. Schleck with more than 57 seconds, I don't think he cares for the stage win |

When Cancellara started today, the roads were mainly dry.
Thats really not how I remember it
I didnt see Martin, but I know the course was dring as the last riders went - although the tricky descent late on was definately damp for Wiggins, because he took absolutely no risks, which may have cost him the stage.

Roy and Roelandts both made ok times, 40 sec behind cancellara at first check.
And Nicki Sørensen is doing a pretty good race, taking into acount that he have one of the worst aerodynamic positions on the bike I've ever seen.

Then my memory probably fails.
But wasn't it rain/wet very early on that TT, a dry period midway, and then rain/wet to the end again?
But I might be very wrong, but that's what my memory says |

It was something like that.
I do seem to recall Wiggins almost stopping when he took a corner in the wet/damp and Carlton Kirby mentioning that it probably lost him the stage, but that the Yellow was more important as the stage was also a rehearsal for TDF |

Aiaiai, Millar far behind at first checkpoint. 53" behind Cancellara. Has the bad warmup affected him?
Koren now 4th on 3rd check. 53" behind Spartacus.
