I want to see the faces of the breakaway guys when they see the heads of state with them with 80 something kms to go.

Same as when Landis caught them in '06

"F*** there goes my stage"

More importantly, Cavendish, Gilbert et al may end up OOT again. And I can't see them getting another waiver.

F. Schleck wasn't dropped due to the high pace, he let the others go, it definately looked so. And it might turn out smart, we should wait and see, guess that's up to Liquigas to decide.

What an amazing start to the stage!

No, his diesel engine just needs 150 km to warm up.

@Ember, Frank was dropped, then he decided to slow down when he was found out that Liquigas was working in the pack.

Well, who could have expected it that early. Plus the fact, that Basso don`t like these attacks. He prefers riding his own high pace.

Hope the Aussie hangs on i want him to win not being bias hehe

Those who get dropped need to get themselves into a massive group once again.

Looks like Roche is suffering for yesterdays efforts though - dropped even before Cavendish
