I would rate the mountain skill alone as follows:
83
A. Schleck
Contador
80
F. Schleck
S. Sanchez
Basso
Menchov
79
Nibali
Evans
Gesink
J. Rodriguez
Van den Broeck
78
Mosquera
Kreuziger
Szmyd
Vino
Scarponi
Leipheimer
77
Rogers
Klöden
Anton
Sastre
Wiggins
Armstrong
etc..
For Contador and Andy to make differences as they do IRL, they need quite much higher MO stat than the rest of the field. I have not taken the rest of the stats in account.
For me it would be something like this
83
Contador
Schleck
81
Samuel Sánchez
Menchov
Basso
80
Joaquim RodrÃguez
Robert Gesink
Frank Schleck
Ezequiel Mosquera
Nibali
79
Cadel Evans
Scarponi
Leipheimer
Van den Broeck
78
Antón
Sastre
Kreuziger
Vino
77
Szmyd
Navarro
Klöden
Horner
etc

strange result today. great tt´s with bad days. but this was one day so i would not reduce the stats for some cyclists. it had much to do with illness and recovery today. and the wind conditions. klöden, leipheimer, kreuziger, brajkovic and so on not good today. gesink is overrated in tt i think. van den broek is better than him. contador is also a bit overrated in tt. he don´t deserve a 79 or 80. don´t know which exactly he has in the db. menchov was the best of the gc contenders today. he deserves at least the stat of contador. and schleck was great today. never expected this from him. so i woukd raise a little bit his tt stat and equal his mountain stat with contador to make the tdf close beetween those two in the following years. schleck will improve a lot in the next years in tt. leipheimer not as good as he was in the past this year. not a 82 worth in tt.
My suggestions:
Mountain:
Contador and Andy Schleck 83
menchow 81
gesink 80
sanchez 81
van den broek 80
basso 80
leipheimer 78 or 79
Joaquin Rodriguez 81
nibali 80
evans still rate as a good climber 80
horner 78
hesjedal at least 77
plaza raise to 76
vino 78
f.schleck 82
amstrong 77
sastre 78
roche 75
wiggins 77
TT:
cancellara 84
martin 82
wiggins 79
menchov 78
contador 78
a.schleck 75
f.schleck 71
knovalovas 76
leipheimer 79
klöden 78
armstrong 74 but 79 in prologue#
vino 77
evans 77
nibali 75
basso 70
kreuziger 76
van den broek 73
gesink 71
moerenhout 75
sprint:
cavendish 83
greipel 81
petacchi 81
farrar 81
hushovd 79 but raise his mointain stat to 67 and good fighting

My suggestions:
Flecha CRI 65 -> 70/71
Tony Martin CRI 82 -> 83
Petacchi SPR 80 -> 82
Menchov MOUNTAIN 81 -> 80
Nibali MOUNTAIN 80 -> 79
Anton HILL 79 -> 78
Luis Leon Sanchez HILL 76 -> 77
Samuel Sanchez CRI 78 -> 75
Joaquin Rodriguez MOUNTAIN 77 -> 79/80

Löfkvist? Is it just me becasue i´m swedish I think his stats are a bit low. I mean he managed to get 17th in Tour de France. Maybe a bit patriotic. But good work! Everybody can´t agree with all stats |

Joaquim Rodriguez should have no more than 78. Hesjedal 76/76.
De Weert should be lowered to 75. I still consider Contador a better raw climber than Schleck, maybe a 84/83 ratio. Wiggins down to 77.
Menchov and Sanchez 81, Vandenbroeck 79 with higher endurance. Sastre's endurance and recuperacion down. Roche upped to 74 and higher endurance. Gadret should be 76 equally in both hill and mo. |

A 78 with his current stats would reflect his real life performances great. I'm sorry, do you only watch TDF and no other races during the year?
So I'm guessing because Hesjedal came 4th on the Tourmalet he's also the 4th best climber in the peloton? Give me a break. |

no i watch cycling all the year. joaquin rodriguez won twice or three times the montelupone stage in tireno. was always one of the best climbers on the vuleta when it´s one in steep climbs. angiuluru stage for example in 08.
and i wrote the i woud give hesjedal 77. i only think that rodriguez ist one of the best pure climbers in the world. and this showed he in this years tdf and in the past. |

With 78 mountain and his current stats I think it's impossible for him to get a top 10 on Tour even a top 15. Mainly due to the time he lose on time trials.
And just like Pascheck I think is one of the best pure climbers of actuality.

Guys, these stats aren't only based on the TDF. |

I second that.
While exceptional performances (Rodriguez, De Weert, Sanchez) should be justified by higher stats in one way or another , below-par performances can easily be explained by having not peaked at the right time (Leipheimer, Basso), or due to injuries (Armstrong, Evans) or illness (Freire, Farrar, Kreuziger?).
It was also visible that Contador wasn't in top shape, but he could still win the Tour despite him not being in top shape (say, running on 85%?). He is capable of doing great TTs (last Tour) while his current TT was seriously flawed. So let's not claim he can't do any good TTs, while he has proven he can do so - he just doesn't have the proper form in the current Tour.
I do believe that Menchov should be getting a few potential stars in his TTs though. Upon seeing his latest TT, he put down a result I have never seen of him before. Like he said himself: "I am still improving, even at my age."

very good job and could be excellent
but what I understand is that excluded the cafe of Colombia - Colombia is passion the best Latin American cycling team and that confirmed for next season as a professional continental team. still do not understand your attitude and what you include equipment but it is low class. :( |
