One last idea. What exactly did you change? Your savegame or the Database.
If you change you savegame the faces will be in your career.
If you change the database the faces will be in everything you start after it. So not in your current career. |

Thx. Unfortunately the PCM makes all the faces much worse than they actually are 
A few are really good looking ingame but most aren`t totally similar to the real faces. But in my opinion it is still better to have different faces than just one single stupid looking standard face.
Normally I wanted to created all Pro Tour Teams but at the moment I am working on a Tour variant. 8/20 stages are ready. After that faces again probably.
@cogneto I can right click-> save this one perfectly. Maybe you should use another browser? I have no idea what`s working wrong. Did you also try rightclick->open picture->then save

I meant the default face that's without hair. 
Cummings face wasn't at the best quality, so it's not so good.

I found this Gadret version in my skin folder. Someone did it before obviously.
Maybe you can use this one as standard face without hair.
