Are you watching it on tele or on the web?
Television, but for some reason, they are behind with 5-10 minutes.
Yearh, I was watching it as well.. Then I look into the forum and see the stage is over..
A shame loosing most of the excitement in such an exciting stage |

You're doing something very, very wrong if you managed to get a virus from it

Nice stage, some wind action going on - and look Sky profited for once!
Other than that I see no reason why this town is bidding for a 2013 stage of the TDF. (Yep they're bidding according to David Harmon)

Yeah maybe it was that... or maybe it was the fact that he was the only sprinter of note in the escape group?

About what?
Am I being that retarded that Henderson was the only sprinter of note in that group? I think not...
Gregory Henderson, Grega Bole, Jeremy Galland, Alexandr Kolobnev, Alejandro Valverde, Nicolas Roche, Jens Voigt, Marco Marcato, Tony Martin, Roman Kreuziger, David Millar, Lars Boom, Serguei Ivanov, Luis-Leon Sanchez, Cyril Lemoine
So where are the other sprinters?
Like, sure, Roche can sprint - as he's shown in the Vuelta and Tour a few times, but not to the extent of winning stages from larger groups.

Just had to bring this from the BBC website:
Spoiler Greg Henderson gives Sky first major win in Europe
Henderson was first across the line in a sprint finish
New Zealander Greg Henderson delivered Team Sky's first major victory in Europe with a gritty sprint finish in stage one of the Paris-Nice race.
The BBC article then at least mentions Flecha's win in the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad - I feel a far more important victory. Then again maybe the season really does start with the Race to the sun! |

earlier on today it was "Team Sky win first european race"
But i feel Paris-Nice stage win is equal to Het Nieuwsblad. But Sky will see it as more important - It's televised in Britain/Ireland and Italy, their primary audience.

Heck, any coverage outside of the Tour is an infinite-fold increase by the BBC

In all fairness to the BBC, they do update their page with cycling results by Brits quite often.

I'm not complaining - actually I am - even with Sky now in, coverage still seems to be restricted to Eurosport, then a tiny five minutes on Sky sports News - seriously, given how much Sky have put in, you would have thought they'd be shouting Sky's results out for all gthe world to see!!!
