Yes,it was a great move but what i saw was more a desperated move..

Contador...great rider.Armstrong isn´t in best shape..about Valls..well..he´s a big fighter,who knows what he can do?

After some continuos attacks,13 riders managed to create a gap of 3´02" to peloton..
58,8kms to go..
20 kms...
..5kms to go..
..like on the previous stage,Hagen attacks near the finish,Kern follow him..
..and takes the win,Hagen still get´s the 2nd spot,Voeckler is 3rd..
Valls suffered alot in this stage to get KOM shirt back,Brajkovic gave a big fight and showed that he´s here for the KOM class. too...it will be hard for Valls to secure the lead in last stage,after this big effort but let´s wait and see..Herrero still on fight for GC,we are going to study the best tactic for last stage,will he attack or hold position till the last kms...

Great performance by Valls! Hopefully he can hold the KOM jersey at the last stage. Well, at the overall... Im not sure of Voeckler would really able to win there in real life  |

Final stage
After the big effort from Valls in previous stage to get KOM shirt,we decided to send Vital in today´s escape,he will try to collect most of the points he can get.
Situation after first mountain...
..32kms to go..
..23,4kms..some riders in E1 attack,Vital follows Rogers..
..escapees get caught before the top and main contenders attack..
..S.Sanchéz and T.Voeckler get 1´40" gap over peloton,..2,5kms to the finish..
..1km...Voeckler waits for Sanchéz to start the sprint..
..Voeckler makes the move..
...and wins last stage and the race...
..Cunego is 3rd..Durán is 19th,in final GC,finishes in 22th.
At the end,we at Footon are happy with the result obtained in Paris-Nice but i can see that the team lacks on riders wich can fight for overall...this is a problem we must resolve in July...

..and we start allready with a breakaway but they will be caught before KOM sprint..
..2,2kms to go,main sprinters look for a good position,Herrero and Milán are looking good..
..1,2kms..Milán jumps to Cavendish wheel..
..300mts..Freire in front,Milán makes the move..Boonen comes fast on the right...
..and Freire is the winner,Boonen 2nd...
..Cavendish or Milán..
..and its Milán who gets 3rd place...Herrero is 6th..

With 90kms to go and 2´39"gap,Footon doesn´t want peloton to relax and starts to raise the pace..
..45kms to go..
..20km mark,E1 still with 2´32" gap..
..10km mark..
..5kms..
..last km,Voigt and Sella in front..
..Voigt wins,Sella 2nd...
..Herrero finishes 11th..

De Patre,J.Marino and P.Grillo loose contact from Menchov´s group..
..S.Chavanel(QST)5th +53" in GC falls down...
145,8kms to go..
130kms,QuickStep seems to have some dificulties to close the gap-12´00"
S.Chavanel falls again..
80kms to go..
60kms...
40kms..almost all the main contenders are in this group,Herrero is here too..
When nobody expected,JRodriguéz launched an attack downhill and manages to get away,gap to mini-peloton is 1´37"...
12,5kms..Devolder,Herrero and Popovych attack...but will get caught before the 5km mark.
A.Schleck,E.Martinez,Gesink,attack with 5kms to finish..
..at the front,J.Rodriguéz rides well and wins..
..Devolder 2nd,A.Schleck 3rd..
.Herrero comes with the group..18th and still 4th in GC..
