My opinion is getting Willy in for the Classics (Amstel, L-B-L, Fléche Wallone, San Sebastian, Lombardia, Canadian Classics, Plouay and maybe a GT, but do what YOU want, that's the most important. All of us really enjoy your stories, so it's you deciding

TTspecialist - Thanks for your input
Stromeon - Thanks! I know what you mean about the GTs. Though mountain stages would have smaller reports or no reports.
rogvi97 - Thanks for your opinion. Though with his TT capacities and MO stat, those hilly classics would be a strange career change...
Because I'd like some more feedback, I'll restraint from racing today.
Thanks! |

Great E3 win, how did I miss that?
You have to do what's best for your motivation. I want to see Willy win a GT once in his life, but that could also be when he's 29.
A few races with Willy(Who is massively talented anyway, and don't need that much preperation ) per season would be nice maybe, but doesn't necassarily have to be this season.
And if you make an other choice, I don't really care. It's your story and, I will follow this anyway

dienblad - Thanks! Finally he cashes in a good form in a classic. Hope to have many more in his career, but E3 is a great place to start.
Jesleyh - I see what you mean Well, like I said before, it's nothing irreversible, so it's well possible that Willy returns next year, with even stronger TT skills (mostly what he trains now because of triathlon)!
SSJ2Luigi - I'm full of surprises |

Well, I already said I didn't like the change because of you losing the unique two rider aspect
Furthermore I fear your story will become a bit boring after Roubaix. We always had Willy entertaining us in the Stage Races and GT's, but with only Stijn it will be sprint stages (which I find the dullest part of a GT), Eneco Tour and maybe a few of the lesser classics.
It's your story of course, so do what you want but I fear you'll be struggling to keep the motivation up towards the end of the season.
EDIT: Almost forgot to congratulate Stijn for his great victory in E3

Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Jakstar22 - Thanks! Will do Gent - Wevelgem probably this evening, so the Ronde is probably for tomorrow.
wogsrus - Would be amazing
Daggen - Goat indeed
Ollfardh - I see what you mean. Though I recall an amazing PCM 11 story (nominated for story of the year) about Mark Cavendish. And Stijn isn't afraid to go onto the attack in hillier stages, too. And potentially going for the supersprints in mountain stages. But I get what you mean. That being said, I repeat it isn't irreversible, so if everyone should think the rest of the season was (will be) boring as hell, I'll see it fit that Willy returns
Gent - Wevelgem is probaby for this evening. Though I've got a lot of work today, so I'm not entirely sure. Will try my best! |

Goat is just Daggen's nickname for Stijn, (I think) it was not meant to be offending to Ian.
Still prefer Zombie myself though

rogvi97 - I'm sure Daggen didn't mean any disrespect, but thanks for sticking up for me
Ollfardh - Zombie is a strange nickname for a rider, but in this case it's quite fitting
Well, I might have to break promise here. My task is taking longer than expected and the deadline is lurking from behind a corner. I will work on it for several more hours today and I might just kick back with the tv (Belgium - Macedonia) to relax a bit, instead of PCM. Gent - Wevelgem is expected for tomorrow. Sorry!
PS I might have a nice idea considering Willy. To have him come back in a stylish manner, renewed. |

Don't worry, take it easy and finish the task first.
And you always have nice ideas, so we're almost used to that
Wonder what the nice idea is though

Thanks, Jesleyh I'm still thinking about it, though. However, he won't return immediately, he's still trying out triathlon first, giving that a shot takes longer than a few weeks |

Why do you do that?? He is a goat, a zombie and best of all related to Daggen (don't show him this, he's getting cocky if he sees it) But I hope Stijn will win Milan - San Remo!
