I don't really understand but ok.  Teddy told me the basic stuff like opening a thread and having to send start lists every race but is there anything he left out? Where can I see my team? |

What you can do now is:
1) Choose a team name
2) Country
3) One or two regions. This will effect your races from next season on: BeNeLux/France/Other/USA,GBR,AUS,CAN/Germany, POL, AUT, DEN, SWD/Italy, SUI, SLO.
4) decide who's training what (though Kentaurus has done that already for you, but it can still change)
5) give every rider a fitness schedule
6) Send startlists for every race you participate in (Paris-Nice just started, so every race after that one)
You can find all info you need in Kentaurus' subnick.

Kentuarus will probably be online in 2-3 hours - he'll let you know if there's anything else he needs from you.
In addition to the things Vien mentioned, you could also send Kentaurus a list of five riders you want to scout in March - you can see the list of young riders in Kentaurus' signature.

I've decided to take team Santander. I will rename it Banesto - Movistar, and the team will be based out of Spain.
My regions are Spain and Portugal.
I will send Kentaurus everything else very soon. |

I think Spain and Portugal are one region in the game, right? So you can still choose a second one if you like

How long are there till we move in to april, are without internet connection for the next 4-5 days. Would it be necessary to send my april startlist now, or do you not think the game will move so far a long before wednesday.

i don't think we will reach april before wednesday. there are still over 30 stages in 11 races left, 9 of them haven't even started, so Kent has to create startlists there. |

Oh okay, I think I'll just stick with one region if possible. I chose Santander because I really like the riders Anton, Rujano, Rojas. And a Spanish team sounds cool to me, and the team has a nice young core. I didn't choose Holden because besides Goss and Contador, they don't have many of my favourite riders. My second choice was UBS, but Santander edged them out. I will start a new thread soon with the jersey (made by Teddy) and the riders as well as other stuff. |

Good Choice with Santander, i really like the all spanish south american aproach to the team. And alot of great climbing talent.
