Ive just bought a new desktop computer which, amongst other things, should finally enable me to play PCM08 road without going mad over the slow frame rate and the fact that Dell laptops like to automatically turnoff when they regularly overheat, which happens after playing PCM too long or having absolutely any other program open while on PCM. (Or when playing any other game for that matter).
Anyway, these are the specs for the new pc:
* Intel® Core 2 Duo E7300
* (2.66GHz, 1066MHz FSB, 3MB Cache)
* Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium
* 3GB DDR2 memory
* 320GB SATA hard drive (7200rpm)
* NVIDIA® GeForce 7050 graphics
* Dual Layer DVD Rewriter
* Media card reader
* 6x USB ports
* 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet

So in Europe Windows 7 will come without a browser pre-installed thanks to EU regulations.
Users will have to "download and install" a browser themselves.
Wait... am i missing something here, do i not need a browser to view the internet?

I'm pretty sure that it comes with an option to install Internet Explorer. It will not pre-install itself, though, unless you change the setting yourself.
Im running Windows 7 64 Bit and that came with 64 bit IE installed and then in setup gave you the option to install the new IE which makes you do after a while anyway. Plus it detects an internet source and it installs IE anyway.
