Huh, Suarez isn't allowed to play tonight? I thought if Uruguay appeal the ban, they can't ban him till that has been dealt with?

Red card = Automatic 1 match ban, unless the commitee has acquitted the red card

While on another side I'd like Chile to get through, I'd really like to see Neymar scoring and Brazil going to 1/4 finals, mainly because they'll have more chances for getting to semis or even final, why not.
Call me idiot, but with 4 goals scored already and most likely few more in this WC, Neymar has a great chance of becoming best WC scorer of all time (in around 10-12 years).

There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"

Brazil and Chile are also the teams that have feigned injury the most in the group stages according to official data |

Bravo is an amazing goalkeeper! He can easily be first goalkeeper in Barca next year. What a freakin' legend.

+1. A pity he's already 30+. Not that it's a big problem for a GK though |

Some extra experience for Ter Stegen and few additional goalie tricks cannot hurt, in my opinion.

Well here in Belgium it's quite hard to follow soccer in other competitions, at least for me, so I don't know a lot about ter Stegen.
I think ter Stegen is a solid GK, otherwise Barça wouldn't sign him. But looking at Bravo's performances at the WC so far, he could even be a better GK atm, correct me if I'm wrong.
And of course a few GK tricks / risks can add lustre to the already beautiful game soccer is |

Seems like playing ultra-defensive is the only wat to go against Chile.
Brazil are playing too open. |

12 million euros 4 year deal for 31 year old. Know keepers can play till at least 43( Mr Freidel, take a bow), but bit much, surely? Especially as he's most probably going to be 2nd choice.
Disclaimer- Most of my posts are me thinking aloud. And most of what I think is rubbish.

Yeah, exactly. Bravo is most likely better at the moment, while Ter Stegen is only 22 years old and is one of the biggest goalkeeping talents in the world, besides De Gea and Courtois.
That's why I think that Bravo will be on Barca's goal more often this season and will slightly turn into a 2nd goalkeeper in next season or two, when Ter Stegen (hopefully) becomes a beast.

What about the 'footballer' inside ter Stegen? Bravo really impressed me by showing a pair of incredibly good football feet, guess you understand what I mean |
