Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!
Szlakiem Grodow Piastowskich, General Classification (2.1)
To elaborate on this after two days on the road:
Great to see that Herklotz can TT decently again. Taciak, Rutkiewicz and Gradek are more or less prolific riders on the Polish Continental circuit, so it was an important improvement on last year's 25th place in this TT.
It goes to show that his TT training focus in this off-season paid off, and considering it looks like he improved his uphill abilities as well, I'm confident both can be further done simultaneously.
Next stop for Silvio is the Rhône-Alpes Isère Tour starting Thursday with this beauty of a stage hopefully tailor-made for him:
Of course this is only the final preparation for Stölting's absolute season goal, Bayern Rundfahrt.
Luckily, the organizers were cooperative and decided against a route like 2013 where only the TT gave us a real selection in the 1-30 spots, this time there's a real hilly stage
Still, the 25k TT will decide the winner again, but at least this looks promising to improve on last year's 25th place overall.
The list of projected participants is really short so far, but it already looks decent to evaluate his abilities with Pinot, Tschopp, Meintjes and Sepulveda on it.

And they call me a fanboy
Nice result for Silvio indeed. I am happy for what Grosu is doing lately, as i only follow him last year and a half, since he is in my man-game team. Seems like a great talent and pretty all-around too.

Well, I'm only informing the non-fanboys in an attempt to make some of them one as well
And I try to limit it so that noone starts to dislike him only because I like him
Yep, Grosu is really consistent recently. He has to deal with Bole in his team now, that will be interesting to follow.
To add to the Rhône-Alpes Isère Tour bit:
The startlist is thin in depth, but really strong at the top.
Favourites include Taaramae, Molard, Konrad, Kvasina, Bille and Cort Nielsen.
Definitely another good measurement for his climbing abilities, especially against the WT-experienced Cofidis duo.
Or with me and Sagan, yay for the big three of fanboyism!!
In serious manner, no problem with some added info, i was just joking, it is nice to have information about such a talent. And that is why i also try to bring more Sagan news, which cannot be followed aside czech and slovakian press and his statements in our language.
Rein should slaughter the opposition there, if he is really on the rise again.

Rojas breaks the habit of a lifetime taking his first win in over two years, in the first stage of the Vuelta a Castilla y Leon. Mind you I'd be seriously worried if he couldn't win in this field!

Rojas makes everything tough for himself, how close was this...
