Which has made Europcar's staff absolutely livid.
PHL was a rider in their development team, then was a stagiaire at theirs this year (until this morning at least), and had a contract, or a contract offer for next year.
As a result for his behaviour, Europcar removed him from their Tour de Vendée squad.
I guess we're not done seeing French teams riding against each other during the coming Tour de France.

Kreuziger must be pleased how well he can spell his name Pfft

Anyway, Tinkov says basically if Riis doesn't find a co sponsor he'll have to let few riders go, and, well, Tinkov wants few of them.

Kreuziger back to Cannondale (which is ex-Liquigas).

I would seriously love that, Sagan-Kreuziger double team would be fun for races like Amstel (not sure about GTs though), on the other hand i believe Roman is more than happy with Riijs now.

And about that name mispelling, half of the forum calls him Kreuzinger anyway, for some reason his name is difficult for many. Smile
I'll be back

De Gendt what a fool. He signs for 20 % at the team that's one of the worst possible fits for him.

Well, it's not like he really had a choice Wink Crisis, he had to take it.

Dont know how much of a value will DeGendt produce for OPQS in the GTs GC wise, but it is sure good TTT replacement for Velits.

He only signed a one year contract iirc so if things don't work out he can up and leave again this time next year.

A huge loss and one of the best riders to have never won the Paris-Roubaix.

So Astana re-sign Valentin Iglinskiy. Bit strange since they let him go just last year, and well, not being very harsh, he's not that good.

They also sign a promising Kazakh talent, Daniil Fominykh ( 3rd Tour of Qinghai Lake, 14th Avenir, 9 U23 Worlds ITT ).

Surprised they haven't signed the seemingly most talented of the group though, Bakhtiyar Kozhatayev ( 4th Tour de l'Avenir, 5th Coupe des Nations Ville de Saguenay, 12th Ronde van Vlaanderen Beloften )

Luis-Leon Sanchez leaves Belkin after they buy out his contract, because "his name appears in too many (doping) cases". It's currently unknown if he has another team in place for next season.
