I think it has been mentioned.
But what hasn't been mentioned is that he had pretty much signed for Saxo Bank - until Contador's positive tests made him change his mind.

Still no mention of when the team will be presented. |

There's been a few rumours about Hushovd not having 'fully' signed with Garmin. Either way, a lot of teams are negotiating with Hushovd's agent.
Lefevere (QuickStep) has a meeting with the agent in a couple of days (he says that himself), and according to Het Laatste Nieuws, the agent will also be meeting with Saxo Bank, Astana, Cofidis, Bouygues and Pegasus. |

According to Hushovd himself he got a signed 1 year contract with Garmin, but that they might re-negotiate it after his victory. (Norwegian television yesterday) He stated that if Garmin wanted to keep the old contract he had no choise
