Tour du Haut Var
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/February%2009/PCM0001-15.png

A lot of French team had riders today in the breakaway.
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/February%2009/PCM0003-13.png

Kirchen tried an attack on the last hill but there wasn't the right place and after just a few seconds the pack catches him
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/February%2009/PCM0004-13.png

So we are now in the last 10km. A lot of serious attacks, some of them are made by big names like Chavanel, Pineau, Valverde and Rebellin
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/February%2009/PCM0005-12.png

Ignatiev is our only rider that tries somethin there
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/February%2009/PCM0007-8.png

But nobody could keep up with Valverde today
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/February%2009/PCM0008-9.png

Pineau and Rebellin start the sprint behind Valverde but it could be only for the second spot
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/February%2009/PCM0009-8.png

And it was. Valverde gets a great win
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/February%2009/PCM0002-13.png

Pineau wins the fight for the second place
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/February%2009/PCM0011-6.png

Ignatiev finishes fourth
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/February%2009/PCM0013-5.png

Omloop Het Volk
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0001.png

4 strong riders where in the breakaway. Burghardt, Baldato, Rast and Hushovd
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0003.png

Ballan made an early move. He caught the escapes and only Baldato can continue with him, the others are left behind
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0004.png

But soon Baldato craks and Ballan will go alone from now. His advantage over his bigest rivalls is more than 3 minutes !
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0005.png

And all his rivalls are in the same group. A strong chasing group lead by Silence Lotto, Quick Step and CSC
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0006-1.png

Our leader, George Hincapie is there in a pretty good position
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0007.png

While Eisel fights to hand on at the back of the group
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0008.png

Gilbert tried to go alone after Ballan
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0009.png

Devolder attacked later and tried to help Gilbert but Ballan is too far
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0010.png

And Ballan wins the first cobbled race of the 2009 season. Perfect start for him as nobody could compete with him today
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0013.png

Gilbert beats with Devolder and takes the second place
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0011.png

A nice 10th place for Hincapie I would say

That's the only thing that Hincapie is missing... A victory in the cobbles!

Did you try anything with him or was he just to weak?

I tried to with him after Gilber and Devolder but didn't have enough energy left after those cobbled hillsWink

Gustavovskiy
I see...

I predict it's gona be harder than last year for Hincapie since the younger ones have progressed and he didn't...

anyway good luck Wink

Kuurne - Brussel - Kuurne
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0001-1.png

No breakaway today, and the pack is slowly lead by CSC and Quick Step
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0004-1.png

After the last cobbled hill Eisel, De Waele, Breschel, Klier and Ljungqvist gaines some metres over the rest of the pack
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0005-1.png

But they don't look very good as the first big name makes his move, is Gilbert
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0006-2.png

Then Flecha
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0007-1.png

O'Grady attacks, Hincapie is right after him
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0008-1.png

And finally the rest of the big names with Cancellara in front
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0009-1.png

Breschel and Klier are still in front but their adventure is going to end soon.
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0011-1.png

And it does when a group of favourites lead by Gilbert and Hincapie catches them
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0013-1.png

The final battle is between O'Grady, Cancellara and Devolder, who was very fast in the last kilometres of the race
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0017.png

And the winner is... Cancellara!
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0002.png

A better position now for Hincapie, 6th

Vuelta a Murcia Stage 1
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0001-2.png

The breakaway. Nothing important about them except the battle for the KOM jersey
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0003-2.png

With 7.5km to go the pack is split into two groups. Pereiro, Cobo, Gomez Marchante, Van Goolen, Barredo, Danielson, Lastras, Plaza, Beltran, Kreuziger are the big names caught in a trap in the second group
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0005-2.png

While in front Ignatiev is doing a great job as always
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0007-2.png

Only Del Nero can keep it up with Boom and our train in the first phase
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0009-2.png

Van Emden takes the lead. Now our rivall is Popovych?!
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0011-2.png

The Dutch stop sprinting and he lets Cavendish in front
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0013-2.png

Good win for Cavendish and podium for Van Emden though that we had an unexpected opponent
i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp244/alexkr00/March%2009/PCM0015.png

The second group came after 1 minute and 39 seconds

Are Cavendish in bad shape. Looked like a very close win.
But good and nice to see some screenshots, as you always use. Very nice.

Keep them updates coming Pfft

alexkr00
he is something between 60 and 70 fitness points. The finish was close because when Cavendish took the lead from Van Emden he had no energy left in the yellow and red bars, that's why I stopped sprinting with Van Emnden. Probably that happend because of the fast pace that was after the pack was splitWink

Will007
Ahh... makes sense, good luck keeping the leaderjersey Wink
