according to Kim Andersen, CSC's DS, Sastre today for the first time doesn't have any pain in his knee. |

If Sastre doesnt feel any pain in his knee anymore, then I think hell definitely win. He would even take over the yellow jersey if Rasmussen werent doped |

That is deja vu. I thought this morning...that riders should ride also in rest days..body has accepted that pain..if you passed a day. It might be changed and that change might be not good.
But 1.45 a.m. this is silly

yes, when you don't ride in a rest day, you suffer a lot the next. so they all ride a bit. usually 50-70km. but 1:45 am is insane. |

I realy hope he is mentaly ok..and gonna finish tour with green jersey. Because I kind of supported him against this forum hard critics. |

now it's on to the Col de Marie Blanque and after that the Col d'Aubisque.
you might remember those from last year's tour in the stage where Mercado won and Dessel got yellow. even at very slow pace a lot of people got dropped on the Aubisque. this year it's at the end of a hard stage, so...it's going to be brutal.
EDIT:

Sastre is the only guy working in the break. can he still win? he's wasting all his energy...
EDIT: I'm not really sure the breakaway can make it...

Dekker is perfect team mate today..even Lance wouldn't like to see him on his team.
Cant wait first attack.

I don't think anyone will attack on the Marie Blanque. it's too far away. attacks will probably come after halfway through the Aubisque
EDIT: weird. turns out Marie Blanque doesn't mean white Mary. it's a local dialect and not french. it means Egyptian Vulture

Acosta hung on for far too long. that has to mean that the speed was very low. |

Damn that Mayo ..if he wants stage win..gome to the front and to some work.
Gobo is still in peloton group...great ride..to think that he was breakaway group..in last stage.
Thought when might be a moment when we see nr.1 rider to protect he's last year win.
