Tirreno - Adriatico - Stage 1
Welcome in Tirreno - Adriatico!
This year's edition starts with a team time trial. It's strange and almost unbelievable, but Willy is defending champion here! The team time trial went fairly well!

Tirreno - Adriatico - Stage 2
The first real stage. It's one for the sprinters.
Let's see if Stijn could carry his golden form into a golden prize!
Last year I stunted here. This year I feel a bit off. Compared to last year I'm really at a low point at the moment. But we'll have to wait for the mountains to be sure.
Pieter Serry took a bad fall there. He's all right though.
And preparing for the sprint there was another bad fall. No rider of Argos was involved, luckily!
I finished safely inside the pack. My legs were not that bad today, makes me hopeful.
It was a strange sprint today, way weird.
Spoiler Damn PCM sprinting bug struck again...
I had Sagan's wheel when he went full gas!
He's fast, but I felt a lot faster! It was time to cash in my good form once more!
And I did it! It's ironic. In the end, I've developed into a real sprinter faster than into a real classic rider...
Result
1 | Stijn Van Gent | Team Argos-Shimano | 6h03'46 | IanButler | 2 | Peter Sagan | Liquigas-Cannondale | s.t. | | 3 | Kenneth Vanbilsen | FDJ-BigMat | s.t. | | 4 | Dries Devenyns | Omega Pharma-Quick-Step Cycling Team | s.t. | | 5 | Francesco Gavazzi | Astana Pro Team | s.t. | | 6 | Yoann Offredo | FDJ-BigMat | s.t. | | 7 | Alessandro Petacchi | Lampre-ISD | s.t. | | 8 | José Joaquin Rojas Gil | Katusha Team | s.t. | | 9 | Yauheni Hutarovich | FDJ-BigMat | s.t. | |
Tomorrow's another chance.
Spoiler Let's hope for a sprint without bugs, it's really annoying...
Until then,
Stijn & Willy |

SSJ2Luigi, Miguel98 - It's the famous PCM12 sprinting bug. With 8km left to go, everyone sits up riding at 30 km/h and no lead-outs are formed. Very annoying
krisa - I just made a mistake in copy-paste, the whole peloton finished, don't worry |

It should be strange only nine riders finishing. Because on the last picture you see at least 20 guys

There won't be any more updates today. Tomorrow I'll definitely do a race or two. Saturday will be hard (maybe once race). Thanks for following! |

I just hope this doesn't advance 10 seasons while I'm absent next week. |

Good thing Stijn is winning, but I think he wants to trade a few for winning a cobbled classic this year
Kenneth Vanbilsen keeps getting excellent results as well
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.
