So, some people were discussing how to solve California budget crisis right. And one of them came up with the ultimate solution:
California has thousands of violent, murderous and thieving criminals locked up behind bars. Sound like a familiar brand of people?
Organize coastal raids. Sack Mexico, Oregon and Victoria Island. Maybe organize a grand expedition to Japan. When Washington asks, just deny everything.
