I see Team Type 1 on the startlist with Laurens ten Dam. Thought that TT1 only has riders with Diabetes-disease in the team...
So ten Dam knows his future right now
Good luck, a top 3 should be possible when Kangert or Bobridge are in shape. |

I would watch out for Gordan McCauly, in real life hes a bit of a beast for his age. expect a good result from him. |

@all: Thank you, guys! We did our best to perform as good as possible in Wellington
@dienblad: Or TT1 maybe changed it's strategy then (At least I hope for Ten Dam..)
@craig324: I didn't even know McCauly But now I will for sure have an eye on his results in my career!
And here you can see, what our Academy (and McCauly) did in our first race:

The first race for our Dark Dog Academy couldn't have been more succesfull than this result in Tour of Wellington! Tanel Kangert and Jack Bobridge did a really good job on the crucial stage up to 'Admira Hill' and Kangert managed to secure his overall victory after that! Local hero Jack Bauer couldn't catch up to Kangert, when our current Estonian Road-champion attacked on Admira Hill! A well deserved victory!

Some interesting races there.
Do you play the mountain Oman or the flat one?
Also I am looking forward to the Tour of Southland of course. Is Kangert your rider there again? |

Kangert won't be in Southland, no. Our Aussies Bobridge (for the uphill-finishes) and Walker (for the mass-sprints) will be our leaders there!
I will play the flat Oman.. I've added and edited a lot of races for this season and therefore I forgot to change the route for Oman I've already played it, so.. it's all flat

Another good result for our Acadamy! We hadn't expected Johnnie Walker to finish on podium, but his 2 stage-wins and his good finishes on the two uphill-sprints made him finish on 2nd in GC! A great achievement, as well as his points-jersey, which he won against former Dark Dog Richard England! Jack Bobridge and Sam Bennett added several decent sprint-results; we're satisfied about our performance here.. well deserved overall winner is Martin Pedersen, who could distance the peloton in both finish-climbs!

Again, great racing.
But strange to see that those 2 mountain/hill-finishes didn't create any more gaps. I'd expected that. |

Great ride with Walker. The 2 hill finishes are indeed a pity that PCM can`t handle these climbs. I have seen the whole climb on youtube. In the end a group of 2-5 riders were alone.
But with Roulston winning the GC in real it shows, that the mountain isn`t that hard. |
