Popovych gets dropped. Paulinho drops back to help him try to get back on.

Popovych can't follow and gives up, so Paulinho attacks back up to the breakaway. there goes the Discovery strategy down the drain...
and with this chase, the peloton is shredding dramatically. this stage is going to be awesome
Kirchen is already out the back.

Later the day...at the evening. We can allready gues who it could be.
Top-3 is controlled i think so: Hunter, Cancellara and Fisher I think. And then the leader: Rasmussen. And some Random guys it think. I'm not sure if what i say i correct...

every day there are several random controls. usually 5 teams are selected at random and everybody on the team is tested. not always. many times it's completely random.
EDIT: the identity of the rider will be announced at 2PM

is that over 5 minutes...God damn. I really hope it's not a good rider. I hope it's someone from Team Agritubel or Team Barloworld like a not so famous guy...
Else cycling is doomed just like the TDF I think |

nope. the more that are caught, the better. makes it less likely they will try it in the future.
but don't kid yourself, in every sport, there are always those who try.
the difference is between those who go after dopers (handball) and those where doping is widespread but pretend nothing happens (NFL, spanish football league, etc) |

No its not doomed..its reality..it has been always this way. But now days normal people like my and you finaly understand how big this problem is.
In opposite way they should test big teams..I would be glad to point who...but its not ethical to do that.

I hope that they say very soon who it is and send him home!
That guy is now riding a bike...What should he feel: he know that someone is going to have to leave and that he could be it... They better announce it before the start.
But maybe they were afraid of the end of this Tour...Now you can't stop the stage...Actually you can, but they won't... |

There is not any reason and good to ASO to stop the tour. That will be disaster.Lets play raugh..get got..team out..lets move on. Main goal is like isso said get them finaly understand..there is strong possibility to get got. And after that they can choose:
1.Win the stage hold the throphy..get kissed by podium girls. Later on get black mark for all your life in sport.
2. Ride thrue TdF

nobody says anything against athletics where nearly everyone is doped, so why say that cycling is doomed?
the more that are caught, the better. makes it less likely they will try it in the future.
my opinion |

the strange thing is: whoever he is, he's riding the stage right now. in 40 minutes, he'll have to climb off the bike and retire. weird. |
