I'm sad noome mentioned Rund um den Finanzplatz Eschborn-Frankfurt yet!
Obvious Herklotz win is obvious (I'd take Degenkolb as well though)

Throat operation made him fly again..Even I (biggest pessimist after he's bad years) starting to believe it.
Man is racing again just a 10 days..after surgery break...feeling like a young kid.
Today after crash at the final climb..he told that he was just smiling how damn easy that was. Field is weak, still lets see at friday
Might have been a weak field but a win is a win and it should send the confidence sky high, also if the team gets behind him who knows what can happen. Always thought he was a wasted talent but if the op gets him going then good on him

All that hard work from Omega Pharma comes to nothing in the end as Viviani rules in Turkey |

Good to see a decent result from Andriato - it is great to see one of the non-traditional cycling nations get something to cheer.

Sbaragli is a great talent. Check his PCS results and you'll see how consistent he is. I'm sure it will all soon start materialising into wins.

It's great to see an entire German race live in German TV, over a few hours, even if it's only on a regional channel. Degenkolb or Zabel ftw

Herklotz is dropping Degenkolb uphill
Torrential rain on the descent now all of a sudden
But my share of happiness is done for the day anyway, that's all I wanted to see

Haha Herklotz and Kelderman in one picture, call that a double fangirl moment
Oh and if that didn't give it away, Herklotz attacked on the downhill of course. I mean come on, .HC is not his level anymore

Pff, Froome could win from Cavendish and Contador now and I wouldn't be angry

I guess Cio and I can agree on the fact that we want the attackers to stay away

I noticed Robert Kessler on the startlist. Is he related to Matthias Kessler in any way?

Kessler is a rather common name, so I wouldn't bet on it.
I assume the break was caught even before the hill (what a shame) and there's a break of about 10 containing Dumoulin, Feillu, Kolobnev, Wegmann etc. a bit ahead of a really small peloton.
Commentators don't seem to have more information than the viewer, and the on-screen information is limited as always with German races...
No idea which group is leading with what kind of time gap, how far it is to the finish etc...
It really feels like cycling is a landscape presentation for the TV director and there just happen to be cyclists riding there at the same time
At least there's a Stölting rider in there, so I still have hope
