Thats what we are talking about...This is not allowed! And pushing the price high is just shit.

Still it's rude bidding on riders you don't want and fact is many riders are overpriced because of this..
they are overpriced because people don't set platforms for how much they want to spend on a rider. for example I would have liked Stuyven but I would never have payed over 7000 for him. he's going for 25000 now

Just to let you know I'm not over budget I have made a few transfers a 30k deal for Atapuma, and a 20k deal for Duque, which means I have a budget of 71,000, I just spent 10,000 on a deal for three Movistar riders, I spent 5000 on Jens Voigt, 8000 on Meisen, which leaves me a budget of 48000
I must admit that when you add the other riders in then I am over budget, but I was expecting to be out bidded on one of them.
I'll admit I didn't read the part where it said you couldn,t bid on more than 5 riders at a time so I hold my hands up to that and apologise
Also the reason that I have had to sell some of my best Colombian riders is to allow me to move forward, I wanted to strengthen my team and to do that I had to sell some of my best riders, others have sold there riders like Porte leaving Sky but nobody has mentioned that. I still do have a lot of Colombian riders and I have brought in new riders, I just needed to strengthen in areas that Colombian riders aren't able to like Classics, Time Trials and Sprints.
You also had a 5000 fine for bidding on too many riders and another 5000 fine for going over budget. So I'm going to investigate which bids of yours I have to cancel now.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Ok, so Joe isn't over budget, this sounds like a non-issue to me. (EDIT wait what, he's over budget now or isn't. confuused)
Also, outbidding and bidding wars are normal to every bidding system. Sometimes you get a rider cheap, sometimes expensive. Hardly anything worth crying about, once again.

So that's: Going over budget, Editing posts and Too many FA bids. Three times breaking the rules = Some nice big punishment incoming!

2 of Colombia's bids were cancelled for going over budget. The other bids are possible, but the transfer is also cancelled due to insufficient budget. Colombia now has 8000 remaining.

@sgdanny: You dont understand I saw which teams were bidding on those riders and I knew that the price would end up being to much for me on them I didn't do it because I didn't want them.

Correction, I missed you got outbid on Geslin in the mean time, so I can let the transfer happen, 8000 remaining still.

Correct, but I still have to handout a lot of fines for editing posts. Anyone who edited a post might be best to keep a bit of money in reserve

Are you serious.
He bid on a rider. He wanted that rider. He did not bid on that rider again because he did not want to pay more money. |
