Nooo, why did Spain take out Torres? He played so bad..
He was playing like shit and to rest his injury/ies. Fabregas looks stunning. As a football player.
Ah when the coach is spoilt for choice, you know..

Spain coach did some substitutions which are helping this evening.
As for Chile, they proved they've got to struggle to score one goal in a match whereas Spain are scoring much more with no big deal this evening - eg compare Chile 1-0 Honduras and Spain 2-0 Honduras (full time hasnt struck).
Concerning Brazil, they havent done anything so impressive yet. Their play doesnt work as they'd like and then some players should be sent off or they have trouble going far. Fabiano scored but he isnt great at all; he fortunately scored otherwise I(d wonder what the heck he was doing on the pitch the two matches. Kaka' showed nothing or so; that's not the same Kaka'. Brazil's play is not that enjoyable and not very effective, either. Accordingly, Brazil would rather get knockout by Spain than the contrary.
I fear Brazil more than Spain. If they play each other I'm hoping for Spain to win (and a lot of red cards ) for my country's sake.
All teams seem to have trouble scoring, Spain included. 2 goals against Honduras ands Switzerland is unimpressive. If I was a gambling man I'd put money on Chile-Spain ending in 0-0. Switzerland will have a hard time beating Honduras though I think as well...
Kaka had two assists btw. I'm not really impressed by him though but I think their offense is adequate at least, and their defense is much better than Spain's, imo.
Fabiano may not be the greatest striker in the world, but he's looking sharp as anybody in the tournament. Very focused, takes every chance.

I thought it was a bad move to take out Torres. I'd keep him out there hoping he'd get a goal for his confidence in the tournament. |

Spain didnt step it on yet, well done though! They as expected had about 70% of the ball (same against Switzerland). Alonso did 81 passes (Xavi did more than 100 passes against Switzerland). Good stats thus far, keep it up

There has been some substitutions, here is the squad against SA: LLoris, Sagna, Gallas, Squillaci, Clichy, Diaby, Diarra (capt.), Gourcuff, Ribery, Cisse, Gignac. Looks like a new squad - Henry????
Sports minister Roseline Bachelot said she reduced the French players to tears yesterday: 'I asked them
-How would you like people to remember you? What image do you want to leave behind?- and they of course cried
French humour is getting ridiculous. Stop making fun of France, Bachelot

Ireland - Georgia
Handball and offside from Ireland, though a Keane's penalty for Ireland. Ireland wouldnt have come to the WC without that cheat anyway. Stop it

Joke? Red card???
For what. Just a foul and yellow card.
I`d like to hear Garcia again who said, that the FIFA is totally pleased with all the referees. Almost all red cards this WC were just yellow cards. |

Become a referee, before judging these guys.
And don't forget that if France hadn't scored, it wouldn't have automatically meant that Ireland was qualified.
Just stop it now, that'd better I think.
I don't even know why I'm replying, as it's really obvious you don't understand what you're writing.
