The TT isn't technical at all. It's all power. It's the type of TT where Sánchez usually loses bucketloads of time. Considering that I'm impressed by his time

anyway, a funny thing to show how popular cycling is in Serbia. TV broadcast started at about the time Konovalovas was finishing, and the commentary seeing his national colours at the back of the jersey said that the world ITT champion is on track.. :/

Evans and Basso looked very strong, as did Jakob Fuglsang, seeing as how he is not very good in the time trial. I was very happy to see Fab take the maillot oro too.
I think Fuglsang and Gesink will be the big young surprises at this vuelta.
