Stage 4
Today is a long TT where the favorites will have a chance to pick up more time on each other. I was on great form and I set a good time coming in 28th but almost 4 minutes behind the winner.
Wiggins set an almost unbeatable time holding a minute gap on 2nd place for almost the whole race. With 20 riders left he was still holding on 1st.
Evans was 2nd last to go and he was able to get an amazing time. He was now in the lead with over a minute over 2nd place.
But somehow Leipheimer came through and set an even better time. Now it seems to be a two rider race between Leipheimer and Evans.

stats are still the same as last time I posted (but fitness is up to 93). I'm undecided about the Tour right now. I might ask for the readers opinions.

Isn't Daniel Martin injured in real life? If so, you should ride the tour in your story

Just to give an update. I will try to have the Dauphine done by tomorrow and then I will be out of town for the 4th of July and won't begin posting anything until probably the 6th. So when I stop posting those 3 days don't think the story has ended.
actually there's been a change of plans. We aren't leaving therfore I will continue posting. I will post stage 1 of the TDF (assuming I do it) on the first day of the real life TDF.

Stage 5
Today’s stage ends in a huge climb and I won’t win but I at least have a chance to crack the top 10. There were 3 groups in the break today, one of 11 riders and 2 trailing groups of 2 riders. They held a gap of about 3 minutes coming until the climb.
At the bottom of the climb some riders tried to get away. One of them was Ivan Basso.
But no one could get away because Astana was leading the peloton and keeping up a high speed.
When Evans attacked, Leipheimer followed. I tried to keep up was brought back to a chasing group of about 17. Up front Evans had dropped Leipheimer and gone on to a solo victory.
Leipheimer came in 2nd but lost his overall lead to Evans.
I was great and managed to hold on to 11th despite me feeling like I held something back. I can’t wait until tomorrow.

Stage 6
Today is the 2nd of the 3 mountain stage and although I’m out of contention for the General Classification, I’m still right there for the Young Rider jersey. Today there was another large breakaway that held a gap of 6 minutes at the bottom of the climb.
During the climb there was a split in the peloton. A group of 23 riders got about a minute on the peloton. Luckily Danielson and I were in the front group with riders such as, Evans, Contador, and Fuglsang. One rider who wasn’t in that group was Leipheimer.
At the top of the climb, Evans was in first and I was in a group about a minute behind him. On the final short climb the group was split and I was in the 2nd group. Evans, meanwhile, won his 2nd stage in a row and extends his lead even more.
I managed to cut my losses and hold on to 9th place. I move up to 11th overall but lose time Fuglsang in the Young Rider Classification.

Deignan stats?
I can show you a screenshot in just a second but he has a 75 mountain. The reason why he was that high was because he was in the breakaway and went solo at the end and even though he was caught it was still really late in the race. Stage 7 coming up. Key Headlines: Martin with his best finish, Astana not working together, and game crashes before I can export results 3 races in a row.
