Stage 3/7 is classified as mountain - it is flat stage with quite short but steep climb into finish.
Main favourites are Monfort and winner of Japan Tour Stalder.

don´t compare incomparable Beating you with Basso at his peak form is much easier then beating AI monsters here and you know it |

Stage 1
Opening stage of tour with climb shortly before finish.
15km to go, last escapees were just caught, Ryder Hesjedal launches strong attack!
Another big name in peloton, Oscar Sevilla, attacks in last climb. Some riders, including Vanmarcke and Ghyselinck can follow.
Strong 10-men group has formed behind Hesjedal, who is far ahead.
Ryder Hesjedal takes comfortable win!
Hard battle for podium places, Bessy is 2nd, Jan Ghyselinck takes nice 3rd place, Sep Vanamrcke finishes as 5th. Good start for my team!
