Today is second and last stage of Tour du Haut Var. We are in good position to counter every attack and Lars feels extremely good today so he will be leader and Pieter will go for free role.

We sent half of our team in front to make high tempo.
After series non-dangerous attacks it´s time for some serious action - Geslin attacks and Weening follows

Front group is made - Kolobnev is leading it just now
And Kolobnev is attacking when Pieter is drinking - really cunning move!
Boom counters - he turns head to Pieter asking for help but he isn´t able to do so...
After series of counter new leading group is made Lars is in it. it looks good
Huguet is sprinting for victory - Lars following his wheel. Huguet is fast!
And he is too fast. Nevertheless 1st overall is ours.
Boom is very happy. and I feel very confident. It is very important because Paris-Nice and Tirreno is coming soon...

I got important message today - Alejandro "Piti" Valverde broke his hand and he should be out of cycling at least until start of April. Very good news for us - He will be not in shape during Classics surely...
I got official results of Tour California today. It was according expectations - Coppel is getting better and better. I will look to some scouting reports tomorrow.
