I thought so to but Cross Country has just started and it will be a while before it finishes... In the schedule they had Milan - San Remo on at 14:50 CET.

2 Capi to go, plus Cipressa, then Poggio.
So that's 50kms left.
Currently a break has over 2 minutes and is slowly being let out to dry before the main climbs. This is the best possible scenario for the sprinters. Still, even this way, a bunch sprint is a wild dream.
EDIT: and for the "Cavendish can win" crowd, either he just went to get bottles (I'm being sarcastic) or he's just been dropped.

First thing the commentator says as soon as the transmission starts:
"The riders in the break are *lists riders* (...), Bernhard Eisel of Columbia, Kasper Klostergaard, Maxim Belkov and Marten Tjallingii of Rabobank *voice of someone explaining something to a two-year-old* Rabobank has 3 men in the break!"
