It most likely can't be Alex Cano Ardila based on the bib number, so the only climber left I remember from them would be Emmanuele Sella.

No. Unlike Sella, he never won the KoM jersey in Il Giro despite 3 attempts in doing so. Well no necessarily attempts, but high finishes in that classification.
