Im happy for Rob Hayles. My coach has known him since he was very good. In Britain he isnt an Average rider. and a few years back he was pretty good. He had a contract with Cofidis |

yeah, but i want to see that jersey in the pro peloton. Millar wore it with pride. Oh well, let's not take it away from Hayles though.

Isn´t a winner the one who deserves it and have done the most to win?
Though I am from germany I will comment the german championship
Wegmann deserves it definetly but its too bad that he haven´t done that in 2006 or 2005 where he was also in good shape , also Gerolsteiner deserves it because they are searching a new sponsor because Gerolsteiner (Mineral water company) will leave the team after 2008 , with a german champion , maybe a german company will sponsor that team , also it´s the only team that could have success (I mean Milram -> Zabels last season that year , Petacchi away , who is there who can make a peng ? There isn´t a "strong" rider , Velo and Ongarato will definetly quit Milram after that year because Petacchi is away , they will have a even worse team than Bouygues)
German cycling will be in some years in a deep underground , thanks to the Media , at Stuttgarts WC , you heard more of doping instead of Bettinis win , Tour de France 2007 , Doping was the main subject and the german people spits on cycling because of doping (but no one ask if doping is possible at football)
Wegmann is a good winner (He is a great "escaper" with well sprint skills (he outsprinted 2007 Sinkewitz at the National Championship) and will "present" the german cyclists really well at the Tour de France I hope
