Unbelievable! I had begun new season by the best possible way - I won first stage of race in Australia ahead Sebastian! It was my first victory in Pro Tour race. Tony and Jack made awesome work!
Marcel won intermediate sprint and one of KoM sprints and he got leader jersey of that classification.
Sinkewitz (Milram) won after attack at last, uphill, kilometers of Stage 2 and wore leader jersey. 9th place for Eros, I kept the lead in points classification.
At flat Stage 3 German rider won again and increased his lead in general classification thank to time bonus. I was 2nd, our leader for GC Eros Capecchi crashed 20 km before finish, luckily he was able to continue the race, but he lost over 4 minutes to stage winner.
Marcel rode again in breakaway and won KoM sprint. He also won two intermediate sprints and took points jersey.
When I was taking this screenshot I forgot remove the game interface, sorry for this.
Marco Marcato won Stage 4. This time I was only 15th, because we had problems at preparing for final sprint.
Sinkewitz is unbeatable! He won his third stage at the race. The hardest stage of Australian race was quite good for our team - Tony finished the stage at great, 3rd place, and I survived the hills and I was 6th, before Jack, who got 5th place.
I did it again! I won the last stage of the race - city criterium in Adelaide - ahead two Australian riders of Columbia - HTC - Nankervis and Renshaw. Thank to time bonus I advanced to 2nd place in general classification, I won also young riders classification. Also Marcel won KoM classification with huge advantage ahead the rivals, and our team won team classification. Great race!

Yeah! I took my third victory this season at the first stage of the race, Tony and Jack again made perfect work for me. It was awesome day!
Next day I was second, only Frapporti was faster than me. I kept my leader jersey.
Tanner (Rock Racing) won Stage 3, I was 4th, there wasn't any changes is GC.
Australian rider won again at Stage 4, after chaotic lead-out I finished the stage at 7th place, and I lost my leader jersey.
Queen stage for Pidgornyy (ISD), who won ahead Garzelli (who became new leader of the race) and Soler. Tony finished the stage in top 20 and advanced to 6th place in general classification.
Penultimate stage of Malaysian race for German sprinter Stauff (Kouta). My sprint wasn't good enough and, furthermore, I was overtaken in points classification by Frapporti. He had only two points of advantage ahead me, so the last stage promised to be very interesting.

Unbelievable! Thank to awesome work made by my team mates I got my first victory at GT in my career! I was really excited also for that I was able to wear Maglia Rosa.
Next day was even better - I won Stage 2, and Sebastian was 3rd after sprint from group with 34 riders (peloton was splitted out due to strong wind, the most of the GC contenders came in peloton with 2 minutes loss).
Stages 3 & 4 weren't as good as first stages - I was 3rd at Stage 3 (won by Impey) and 4th at Stage 4 (won by Samuel Sanchez).
Edgar had solo breakaways at both of these stages and won two intermediate sprints.
The first mountain stage of Giro - Stage 5 - was won by Fofonov (Astana) after successful breakaway. Cattaneo and Gerrans (who became new race leader) also reached finish line ahead race favorites. I lost maglia rosa, but I kept the lead in points classification.
Breakaway rider also reached finish ahead peloton at Stage 6 - Paul Martens (Rabobank) was the only rider of large breakaway group (with Edgar, who was catched by peloton only 5 km before finish), who was faster than the pack. I decided to start sprint very late and I finished 9th.

Stage 9 had unexpected results - breakaway of 13 riders (with Edgar, who won mountain sprint) came ahead the pack. Sijmens (Silence-Lotto) won, unfortunately Edgar wasn't have enough energy to fight for victory, but he finished 4th and got another top 10 at GT for Thuringer Energie Team.
Yeah! Tony Martin took third victory for our team after awesome time trial, he also advanced to 2nd place in general classification.

Thanks for the support!
At opening ITT I got 9th place with only 18 seconds loss to best riders, I think it was one of the best TT performances in my career.
Next day we had to ride with strong, side wind, which divided the pack for two groups - luckily me, Marcel, Alexander and Patrick were in front of peloton and I was able to fight for top place at the stage (I was overtaken only by Abakumov from Lotto). Unfortunately, Brice, who was our GC contender, came to the finish two minutes later, and he lost chances for good place in final classification.
At Stage 3 my team manager decided to save strength of my team-mates for the hardest, hilly Stage 4, so I had to follow sprint trains of another teams - I decided to follow Katusha's train, but it wasn't best decision - I finished 7th. Victory for Vermeltfoort, who wore leader jersey after the stage.
Yesterday's decision proved to be bull's eye at Stage 4 - everyone helped me at final kilometers, after that I decided to attack with Brice and Marcel. Thank to this we got great 1-2 victory, and I became new leader before last, flat stage.
The last stage wasn't as good as we expected - 8 kilometers before the finish line in Helmond, Marcel fell down and disrupted our lead-out train, I had to follow another riders again. Vermeltfoort got his second victory, and I got my second 7th place at this race.

The first stage was won by me, as I expected. My team-mate Sebastian May won also both categorized climbs and wore KoM jersey.
Sebastian escaped also at next stages, he managed to bulid huge advantage in KoM classification. Meanwhile I have finished 3rd at Stage 2 and 2nd at Stage 3. I lost leader jersey due to time bonuses for Stauff, who became new yellow jersey holder.
Next day I reclaimed first place in GC - after brilliant work of Marcel I triumphed for the second time.
Stage 5 was very surprising, the pack have started chasing breakaway riders too late, so peleton came to the finish about 3 minutes after escapers. Sebastian's hard work for top places at mountain sprints was rewarded by glamorous win. Unfortunately, I lost the lead in GC for some riders of today's breakaway. I finished the stage at 8th place.
The last day in Poland was very, very windy - we had to fight for riding in front of the pack, but other teams have done most of the work, because Alex Kristoff attacked from Km 0, he was chased about 8 kilometers before the finish line. Sprint went according to plan, I won for the third time in this race, but in general classification I lost only 2 seconds to race winner - De Bonis, who lost many time along with the rest yesterday's breakaway riders.

Sometimes cycling is brutal - after the race I was distraught for that fact I lost final victory in the race for only 2 seconds. But later, I thought about my recent victories (which were caused mainly by my team's racing policy -
we are focused on Continental races, because we want to get as good place in rankings as it's possible) and I felt much better. Of course, I'm still motivated for next races, but I need to have some break. I'll be back at the end of month for one-day flat races, where I'll be preparing for Sparkassen Giro - one of the key classics for my sponsors. Greetings and thanks for the support!
Yes! The flat stages were successful - at Stage 1 I was 5th (Lemoine, who is very talented sprinter (value 82) with some mountain skills (70) from Skil Shimano won the stage), next day thank to great work of my team-mates I won and I took yellow jersey.
I paid back for Tony after his great work at hilly stages, but it was very hard to do at very dynamic Stage 3. Jack rode in solo breakaway for over 150 kms, he won all KoM sprints and got jersey for best climber. Tony finished at 8th place. Lemoine regained the leader jersey. Stage win for Lopez (Contentpolis), who outsprinted Swedish TT specialist Gustav Erik Larsson (Capinordic).
Larsson, as expected, won time trial and became new leader of the race. It's worth to mention about great ride by my team-mates, Marcel was 2nd, Tony 6th and Alex 8th.
Alex Kristoff was our member of morning breakaway, but when the gap between the group and the pack decreased, Sebastian decided to get to the group. Thank to this decision he was the only breakaway member, who came to the finish ahead group of GC contenders (which was formed after attacks at 30 km before the end), it was fully deserved win. I decided to go with Tony after attacks, but he wasn't able to ride in the group with leaders. I finished the stage at 9th place.

YEAH! We finally did it! From 2012 season our team will be part of UCI World Tour. We will be stronger, thank to many new riders - all of them have huge potential for winning top races. But for now, I need to take a rest after long past season, which was very successful - we won more races than any other team, the most of victories were mine - 21. Greetings and thanks for the support!
I'm sorry for posting so many race reports in one post, but I want to play as many races, as it is possible, before I'll be busy again. I had some problems with taking screenshots (especially during Stage 1 of Tirreno - Adriatico, which I played in 3D mode, but from unkown reason any screenshot wasn't saved) because my laptop wasn't working well, due to overheating (recent days were very, very hot in my area), I want to sorry also for tha. I hope that my story is still enjoyable, despite that my team wins many races (now I regret that I decided to set normal difficulty level, my playing skills were much worser in 2015). Have a nice reading
Tour Down Under - Race Review

Spoiler
As last year, I have started my season from victory, and again it happened in Australia. Jens improved our sprint train, he is still great rider.
For next day Tony, who was our leader for general classification, replaced me as sprinter and took 5th place after fight at steep finish. Ignatas after yesterday's breakaway, again won all mountain sprints and strengthened his lead in KoM classification.
I lost leader jersey after Stage 3 won by Lorenzetto (Lampre), who became new leader, but.....
...I won Stage 4 and I wore it again. I came ahead another Lampre rider - Gasparotto and Tony, who got valuable time bonus.
The last kilometers of the hardest stage of the race were full of action - we decided to attack about 5 km before finish, just after attacks of the most dangerous riders.
Jens made hard work, this time for Tony - and it was effective again. Tony won the stage and advanced to 2nd place in GC, while I remained the lead, thank to Jack, who helped me and I came to the finish line at back of leader's group.
I sealed overall victory by winning final stage, I was very lucky, because I didn't participated in any of many crashes that day. Unfortunately, some top sprinters (include Napolitano and Columbia - HTC sprinters) weren't as lucky as me.

Well, I dominated the flat stages of Malaysian race - I won three times in a row (Stages 1-3) and I was 3rd at Stage 4, this time Frapporti (CSF Group) was the best.
When the sprinters were fighting for stage victories, climbers were waiting for Stage 5, which queen stage of the race - efforts of Besson Chaussures team riders were rewarded by victory of their leader - Pauriol. Laurentino finished 4th.
I shared victories at two last, flat stages with Frapporti, who got his second victory at 6th stage of the race (I took 4th place). I won final stage in Kuala Lumpur for the third time in my career, thank to that I secured triumph in points classification. Paramos finished the race as third best rider, because Plaza lost some minutes after accident at Stage 6.

First kilometers of Stage 1 were very dynamic, because just after the start it was held intermediate sprint, won by me. It wasn't our only victory that day - Grega won the stage and became the first leader of Italian stage race.
We decided to take experimental tactics at Stage 2 - I used the help from our lead-out mans, while Grega tried to follow sprint trains of another teams. I took 5th place (and I wore points jersey), Grega's decision about following Nankervis wasn't as good as he expected, so next day we took same tactics, as earlier - everyone was working for sprint leader, Grega was fighting for stage victories, and I was the main sprinter for intermediate sprints. Stage was won by Hushovd (Saxo Bank), Ignatas rode in breakaway and collected some points at categhorised climbs.
At Stage 3 everything about sprint went great, but peloton didn't catched up Kolobnev and Nocentini, who rode in breakaway, formed at beginning climb. This time Grega got 3rd place, there weren't huge changes in GC.
The only mountain stage was perfect, everything went, as we planned - Ignatas got another points at early climbs, whole our team was working for Tony, who attacked after great lead of Stefan Denifl. After chasing at last three kilometers, he outsprinted Joaquim Rodriguez and won the stage.
At Stage 5 I won intermediate sprint, later I tried to help Grega at final kilometers of the stage. Slovenian rider finished 7th, Tony kept the leader jersey, next day he expanded his lead after superb ride at TT.
At Stage 7, our team manager changed tactics - this time I was team leader for the sprint. His decision proved to be success, thank to help of my team-mates I won the stage, and I took 1st place in points classification, it was worth to fight at intermediate sprints

Two of three members of breakaway formed 20 km before finish came ahead the pack - Swiss champion Fabian Cancellara (Quick Step) won ahead Philippe Gilbert (Silence - Lotto). The third attacker, Juan Antonio Flecha (Rabobank), was going for victory, but he crashed at final downhill. His participation in next cobble classics is in question. Grega was 10th, Hushovd was the fastest rider of peloton.

Team Thuringer Energie won TTT in Amsterdam with 13 seconds advantage ahead Skil - Shimano. Jens became the first leader.
I missed the chance for the victory at first stage for the sprinters, although I became the new yellow jersey holder.
Every next stage of the race was better for me - at Stage 3 I was 4th..........
....next day I finished 2nd......
.....and I finally won at Stage 5. I have also expanded my lead in the race. Everything was going to settle at the final, hilly Stage 6.
At the beginning of final stage, everyone was preparing for fight between me and Skil riders. Anyone didn't care about escape of Jack Bobridge, despite the fact he is TT specialist and it won't be easy to catch him. When the pack realized that he can win the stage, it was too late - his all day breakaway was successful. Tony and Jens helped me to finish in group of favourites, so I secured 2nd place in final classification.

And that's, unfortunately, the last part of the story - my savegame was damaged (all data from cdb file was erased), when the game suddenly crashed from laptop issues, and I can't continue it. It's a big shame, because I planned taking part in Tour de France and change team before next season. Many thanks for everyone, who was following my story (I guess it were mainly bots ). If I'll have enough free time, I'll start soon another story, propably not as typical, as this one. Thanks again!
