He is Danny Pate and as such can say and do as he pleases, do not question this! 
Edit: There is a rumour back when Danielson joined Slipstream that he turned up at a training camp with some type of doping products and Pate didn't like this, Vaughters apparently didn't take a tough stance on this. It's a rumour that's been around a while but weather it's true or not I don't know but would explain why Our Lord and Saviour Pate is going after TD now
