Jesse Sergent (Trek) hits the intermediate checkpoint +24" down on the current fastest time held by Rohan Dennis. Probably going to be down to Wiggins and Phinney to dethrone Dennis unless Sergent puts in a significant negative split.

Javier Acevedo comes across the line +1'55" down on teammate Rohan Dennis. Going to have to be some magic in those climbing legs to make up for that sort of disadvantage if he wants to win the GC, if Garmin let him try.

A 24'29" for Jesse Sergent in the end, finishing some +27" down on provisional leader Rohan Dennis. Possibly a Top 5 result in the end depending on how well others outside of Phinney and Wiggins do.

A 19" (12:42) devastation of Rohan Dennis' previously best intermediate time by Bradley Wiggins. Looks quite set to become the new provisional leader of the ITT by the finishing line.

Phinney just sets off.

Eloy Teruel (Jamis-Hagens Berman) has provisional third now, with Phinney still to arrive. He was some +1'08" slower than Wiggins.

It was Ten Dam, indeed he did crashed after the finish. Not hurt though, just angry.
