Afraid that in my recent hard drive failure all the participation forms were lost, along with the rankings files... meaning that I don't think I can resurrect this, unless everyone can PM me their original files as I no longer have the PM's, which I don't think everyone can/will want to.

Sorry for everyone that entered and spent time on this, but these things happen and I couldn't do anything to prevent it (except rely on the one hard drive which I can't change now!). Hopefully no-one is too upset that this ended, as it never really got off the ground anyway.
