All - I am now going to Bosnia&Herzegowina for 3 days and right after that going to Rome for 5 days again. So, no reports for 8 days, at least.
Ian Butler - Yeah, it really is great idea. Well, Katusha has some good TT guys (Spilak 76 , Chernetskiy 73, Belkov 74 etc.) , but we just failed here so hard. We'll try to correct that in next few stages!
Shonak - Oh , thanks. Yep, great idea indeed, especially for lazy asses like me. Yes, Spilak failed so hard. That's maybe because of his startlist number (don't forget he was the first Katusha's guy on start) , maybe because his form. We are definitely going to see that at rest of the race!
Jakstar22 - Thanks! I really love to report these ITT's and say each detail about them and that's probably why my TT reports are longer than usual. I am really enjoying the story at the moment and i hope i'll continue to write it much longer than any previous.
VoetsT - Thanks to you, as well! Well , not so much. He's "only" 17 seconds behind Martin and about 5-6 seconds behind some "serious" GT contenders. But still, we'll need to set up everything perfectly if we want a guy on podium.
sutty68 - Hah, indeed. Thanks God it was short prologue.

baia - Yep, Movistar duo was definitely stronger than Spilak. Indeed mate, i am really happy with teams performances so far, and i hope we're going to keep this form whole season.
547984 - Thanks! I was in Bosnia for 3 days, and now i am back home and will stay here for 2 days before going on trip again. So will try to update more times in these 2 days.

Daniel Moreno unhappy about wages
Moreno and Katusha failed to find common ground about his new contract, and everything indicates that Spanish climber is going to leave Katusha.
With him (possibly) and Paolini (finishing career) leaving this year, Katusha is going to have big amount of free money, so speculations about new guys singing for them started. First guy on that "speculation list" is young Deutch sprinter John Degenkolb, which contract is expiring at the end of the season and who's not happy with current situation in Argos, since they're on last place at UWT rankings.
Katusha showing weakness, Zuno interested
The global ecomonic crisis shows it's true face. Katusha definitely felt that in last couple of months , since she entered big minuses and got some debt. For cycling, that means that Katusha is probably going to stop sponsoring one of biggest teams in ProTour. However, that team won't disappear.
Zuno, a new direct bank created launched in 2010 showed some interest to start sponsoring team in 2014 and sign 3 years contract with team directors. They offered pretty good deal to Katusha, especially part where they stated that team is going to keep Russian nationality. Nothing is final yet, we will definitely try to follow this case and update regulary.

New sponsor, huh? Well, kinda hard to believe that the companies behind Russian Global Cycling Project would pull out because of "budgetary" reason. Then again, don't trust every rumour.^^

Shonak - Yep, Katusha is in big crisis, so team will definitely need new sponsor. Gazprom, which is more logical as future sponsor, showed some interest, but they still didn't promise anything unlike Zuno. We now have to wait and get new offers.
sutty68 - Indeed! He's still in shadow of Kittel and these problems in Argos...Seems nice chance for us! We'll still have to wait and try to offer him a acceptable and good contract when transfer season starts.
VoetsT - Actually, i counted 4. Moreno leaving the team , Degenkolb as big chance for Katusha , Katusha in crisis and Zuno having some nice plans. Thanks for commenting, i can see you're slightly starting to follow and that really makes me happy.

Katusha in big crisis? You do know that Gazprom is behind the Russian Global Cycling Project, and that Katusha is merely the name for the World Tour team? Heck, Igor Makarov could probably support the team his entire life and russian businessman like Tinkoff and him are crazy into cycling. I don't think that neither Gazprom nor Itera will ever have any financial problems to support Russian Global Cycling Project or Katusha. That's also a reason why I always edit the end of Katusha's sponsor interest to about 2099 in my games.
Now if you want a sponsor change that's totally okay. I just find the explanation of budget problems odd.

Shonak - I just wanted to make background story to something that will happen in future. As you said these are still rumours and nothing is decided yet. And of course i know what you're talking about.
And i will tell "secret" now. No , i was not planning to change the team, just to have Zuno and Gazprom with bigger percentage in Team's Budget and on Team's Jersey ,next year.

Shonak - Partybreaker. No really , it's not problem, i just wanted to explain it.
All - Guys, seems like i have big problem here. Pro Crash Manager decided to do what it does best, crash! Tried 2nd stage of PN and it crashed 2 times, tried it 3rd time and it worked, but somehow i could not take pictures, not with in-game program, neither with Fraps. After 5-6 tries and 4 crashes , i decided to simulate it.
3rd stage and same scenario. Fraps and in-game program were taking photos without problems at main page, Schedule , Rankings , but they just decided to crash when i tried it while playing a stage. Anyone has idea for solution? Just for info, both Fraps and that in-game programs can record videos without problems.

Paris - Nice - Stage 2
Second stage of PN is in front of us. Just classic flat stage that should be finished in sprint. Kristoff is going for Top5 here.
As i already said, after few tries i had to simulate stage, just to check out which kind of problem it was. I hope it's okay.
Anyway, at the end ,result was disappointing for us. We definitely wanted more with Kristoff, but as always, simulation killed us. 6th place is just not good with this squad. Conclusion: simulation sucks.

Paris - Nice - Stage 3
Well, after alot of uninstalling and restarting i finally managed to solve the problem. And 3rd stage, once again flat one could start. It's last flat stage in this race edition, so we'll try to achieve podium here.
Bookwalter , Dockx , Dowsett and Klier were guys that decided to attack and create breakaway group.
Since that group was weak one, everyone expected mass sprint once again. And it was like that. BOTD gave up right before 20 km banner. Now, sprint teams and trains have to do a job.
As we don't have strong squad for creating a train, Kristoff had to catch someone else's wheel. It was Degenkolb this time, who was on Saxo's train. Pretty complicated, ye.
At the end, Cannondale's train was much stronger than Saxo's , so Sagan won this easily with huge advantage in front of 2nd guy. That was superior.
Fight for 2nd place was really interesting, but somehow Kristoff managed to finish in front of Degenkolb. Haller was good aswell, since he finished 7th without wheelsucking and catching any trains.
Nice result for us!
