It's a bad situation but the doctor should be able to clear him. Jack should have checked it but I hope it will be a mistake he learns from.

Rule #1: always check medicine for banned substances. |

@Ian Yes, you're so right.
@Hobbit I swear, this was up before TMM posted the update on his story.
@Shonak Yes, but the UCI won't let that count i'm afraid.
@mvhoogdalem Well, he knows that now. (I hope)
@Sutty Yes.

Prologue:
Vertigo II
In the end I got banned from every official race for four years, because of the high amount I took. To this day, taking that medicine is my greatest regret, by far. I nearly quit cycling, but the urge to go out and ride was always there. My family and friends were obviously devastated, but in the end they knew I had done nothing wrong. I also know now that I just can't afford to either dope or make a mistake like that again, because due to the increased bans, I'll be on a lifetime ban if I ever get caught again.

4 Years for a Junior, due to a mix up with medicines... no national cycling group is that harsh...
Love the image though! Might have to steal it

The UCI has some weird standards. 1 year would have been plenty enough. |

@TMM Yes, that's what you get with McFraud.
@mvhoogdalem It does, i hope this was the only time Jack has to experience them though.
@Ian It is, but at least it's only at junior level.
@Sutty Well, maybe, though he didn't really do much wrong.
@Shonak It is, but hopefully it's only the one time.
@Welker Yup, but it has the advantage that the Prologue doesn't go on for ever and ever.

Prologue:
Coming to an ending
And that brings me to where I stand today. When my four year ban was nearing it's end, I went asking around teams if they had any interest in me. Barloworld of course doesn't exist anymore, so I decided to ask Sky first, since A) They're the closest to a successor to Barloworld, and B) I wanted to start with the most unlikely. Ironically, they stated that they “don't want to be connected to a former doper” which I find I a bit steep given who their team doctor is. Then I asked Pinarello, now Node 4, but they had no space for me. Then, I saw an ad on the internet for try-outs at An Post. I knew this might be my one and only second chance to make it as a Pro. I prepared really well for it, and was in top shape when the time came. I don't want to bore you with yet another report, so here's what Sam Bennett, who had been riding for An Post for two years already at the time, had to say about me:

And you most surely don't bore us with your reports.

I am sure Jack won't make the same mistake again if An Post take him on |

Finally Jack is going to An Post.
Not sure if what Sam Bennett says is in this update, or maybe he talks in pictures. |

@Shonak Hopefully tommorow, but school's starting then and I've got exams straight away, so i won't have that much time for racing. Reports however will be quite short, or should i say not even real reports at all. More a summary of what happened in the stage and a screenshot, if you know what i mean.
@Sutty That's what i hope too, and he'll have the team doctors now too, to make sure he doesn't do that again.
@Ian Glad you like it.
@mvhoogdalem It'll be in the next update.

@The Rider It is, much longer than i expected it to be, tbh. Anyway, last piece of the Prologue to come very, very shortly.
