A great promo video of Bosnian team. I really do believe that this team is going to get far in WC. Bunch of solid players in one good team lead by very experienced, great coach. Dzeko, Ibisevic, Spahic and friends - go!
In the UK, Bosnia have been passed off as group stage fodder- apparently, despite Dzeko, Begovic, Ibisevic and co, they're too 'inexperienced', and are destined to finish below Nigeria...
Mind you, I agree with you, and I think they're the dark horses, as opposed to flippin' Belgium.

Ibisevic isn't that good to be honest he was much better at Hoffenheim than at Stuttgart (they had a troubled season this year that might be a reason why he wasn't that good). Just Dzeko stands out for me with Pjanic.
But when looking at the group I would say they definately have a chance to become 2nd because I doubt that Nigeria will play a better tournament looking at their results in qualification and the friendlies.

Yeah, but it was fixed, or so we're led to believe.

The Netherlands already published their 23 names(I expected it at the deadline day) Goalkeepers: Jasper Cillessen (Ajax), Tim Krul (Newcastle United), Michel Vorm (Swansea City)
Defenders: Daley Blind (Ajax), Daryl Janmaat (Feyenoord), Terence Kongolo (Feyenoord), Bruno Martins Indi (Feyenoord), Joël Veltman (Ajax), Paul Verhaegh (FC Augsburg), Ron Vlaar (Aston Villa), Stefan de Vrij (Feyenoord)
Midfielders: Jordy Clasie (Feyenoord), Leroy Fer (Norwich City), Jonathan de Guzman (Swansea City), Nigel de Jong (AC Milan), Wesley Sneijder (Galatasaray), Georginio Wijnaldum (PSV)
Strikers: Memphis Depay (PSV), Klaas Jan Huntelaar (Schalke 04), Dirk Kuyt (Fenerbahçe), Jeremain Lens (Dinamo Kiev), Robin van Persie (Manchester United) en Arjen Robben (Bayern München).
Quite agree there, though we will be playing 5-3-2. So probably no Huntelaar but De Vrij. Backs will be very offensive.
Yeah, Aussies are screwed, but Spain isn't. Doubting about Chili. Having some hope though. 2nd in the group means Brazil though. We beat them 4 years ago, but they're better now.
i hope germany will do well, but i don´t think so...i think the quarter final will do it for us
so from now on, i will cross fingers for the netherlands!
Germans seem to have had quite a stroke of bad luck lately. If they hadn't had that, I would consider them the absolute favourite. I still think they're very dangerous, but I think they aren't going to win.
I reckon Chile are an excellent side, and thinking about it, easy route- draw with Spain and Holland and thrash Australia.

Chile is good but without Vidal and Sanchez the task is much harder. But when they still can play their football they might have a chance of getting far. Even in that hot conditions they might play their aggressive game and in the friendly against Germany they got them into troubles a lot in rather cold weather.
Germany well with so much injured players that are important (Neuer, Lahm, Schweinsteiger, Khedira and Klose) it might be harder.
Also if Löw wouldn't always try something else late in the tournament we might have more chances. I would bet 100€ that this year he tries late the false nine which hasn't worked at any friendly match.
But the biggest problem even though that squad is young is that we had to take Kramer for the 6es position because simply no one else is there at the moment (Bender injured and out for the tournament) also Kroos I think isn't that good for that position.
I guess Kramer will be fine but nothing against Khedira and Schweinsteiger in form.
The only saving grace is that the 3 attacking positions (behind the lone forward) are top.

And again Portugal faces Germany on the most strong group of the tournament imo. A lot of bluffing games have started. I don't believe Germany will not have those 5 you mentioned as well as i don't believe the rumors that Ronaldo won't be fit to play against Germany. USA and Ghana playing in Brazil will be hard teams to beat but i believe both european teams will go through.
Spain announced their 23 without Negredo, Navas and Carvajal. With Torres, Villa and Cazorla their team is still very strong.
I agree with Low when he said that Brazil was the favorite with Germany in second, but i would place the world champions in second place with equal chances. The dutch, the argentinian also have good chances as well as the french, italians and english. I would place Portugal somewhere in the middle of them if Ronaldo has another peek of form after the group phase.
Bosnia definitively a team to look at. I expect them to do better then Belgium. Uruguay is my final mention. They are strong, have some players that can shine and they play on their continent. Beating Brazil on the final would be epic x 2!!!
