Hmmm, this will be interesting. Almost all my riders (except one) are the same astats. Around 70 (+/-2) in HI CO SP ACC. I can barely wait the start |

I got my 1st choice twice (Fenn and Navardauskas) and ended up with a fairly decent random rider there at the end, though his REC sucks bigtime. Have to wait until all the teams are published to know if we have a chance but my leadout train should be boss.

Ohhh, and my one randomly picked rider, Blael Kadri (whos isnt fit gor the others stat matrix) its a good addition for the team, maybe Gusev need him to help for achieving top10 in GC or just for going to breakaway |

Sweet, no random assigned riders. Got most of my 1st picks. Especially pleased with Aru, since I had last pick in that round. |

Will be a fun to see how much time the mountain giats, Nieve,Rujano, Navarro lost in cobble stges. Maybe Gadret can maintain himself with the decent CO stat. Knees will be a real joker with his 70 CO and 73 MO stat, decent secondary skills too. I feel this will be the most exciting TOTC |

I think Fenn is the fastest sprinter on paper. In the previous 2 Tour of the Chosen additions the fastest sprinter has always won 2 stages... Hinault in TOTC1 and Petacchi in TOTC 2 so you might be onto a winner there (But don't quote me there).
As jaxika said I am very surprised no one took on Florencio (He could have ended up as a rider who claimed most UC points similar to Phinney in TOTC1). Also surprised no one took on Staf Schierlinckx with good aggression, cobble and hill stats.
Jaxika - I hope to have screenshots of all the teams sometime tomorrow maybe. |

Glad I'm not the only one who saw potential in Knees

I hope so, my fingers are crossed for an open race. Would be fun if the climbers lose 10 minutes on the cobbles and the cobblers lose 10 minutes in the mountains.
Gadret has appeared in both TOTC's but has never really featured and Rujano isn't taking part in this one as I don't remember him being picked. |

How many of the stages take place on paper?

About Fenn. I think he will be good in the first part of the race. But seeing hes recovery he will (i think) fail later.
One more thing. Will be funny if the GC threat riders will be kicked out in cobble stages because the time limit
And Brewers quote made me laugh

Fenn is a decent climber though and he's okay over cobbles, so he should use less energy over the whole race than someone like Forster, who will really struggle to make the end.
Also, there's only really 1 sprint stage in the final week anyway, unless you count MSR as a sprint stage, which it won't be after three weeks.

Surprised that mvhoogdalem got Cattaneo. I thought about picking him too but than imagined that surely someone would pick him by the time I got there. Have fun with him.
Otherwise. All good rounds for him. Shame Castroviejo and Durbridge were taken already, I had a good position to pick them but alas it wasn't meant to be. Happy with Navarro, Quinziato and Brice Feillu. Thanks The Rider, can't wait to get started now.

I'm pretty happy with how the draft turned out, tbh. Once I got my mountain goat and sprinter, I aimed for tons of people with high FTR stat, as you can see. Probably because I was inspired by Poos from TOTC2!
The two riders that were randomly assigned to me aren't exactly slouches, either.

Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

Not too pissed with the draft . I have a good cobbles team with Chainel and Gaudin while Tuft can lead on the time-trials. Hopefully Arroyo can also do something in the mountains and Pantano in the later stages.

Important Announcement:
Later this afternoon I am opening up a new thread for TOTC3. After my posts you should reserve 1 POST to do a team preview in the new thread.
Your post can include:
--- Team goals
--- Stats/ Opinions
--- Key stages for the team
--- A team mascot etc...
--- Company info if you want.
--- etc. etc.
If you look in the TOTC2 racing thread there are some good examples. Atlantius' preview comes to mind.
If you intend to do a preview for a jersey or UC rankings overall then feel free to reserve another post. The racing will start tomorrow afternoon so there won't be huge amounts of time.
You do not have to do a team preview, but the more the better. |

All of the team mini jerseys/ stats have been uploaded to the other thread.
Feel free to do a team preview.
IF anyone finds any errors write them in this thread. |

Some nice looking team presentations there already.
If you want to do a team presentation like duxili/547984 then best be quick as the racing might start this afternoon. If not the afternoon then stage 1 will certainly be up this evening. |
