Somewhat strange transfer season to us. We bring home Cavendish and because this we improved our sprint depth, but in the other way we were keen to let go Richie Porte and some of ourmountain squad.
Also, we are getting more and more british (Wiggo, we miss you) |

Benedikt Weschenbach is not amused to hear that, after you promised him to lead the tdf, sprint wise.
He can learn a lot from Cav, or he can be the main sprinter on Giro or Vuelta where the hilly parcourse suite him better
He wants to lead the Vuelta and the Vattenfall Cyclassics.
Hehe, I just saw this. I find it funny that Weschenbach believes he can be at 2 places at the same time. |

Right, so no Cavendish to lead in TDU and no Henao to lead in Gabon?
(yes, I like to crush young riders dreams )

Cavendish lead in Willunga Hill...i wish too TDU its suit Benedikt a lot. ANd in Gabon he will help Henao or if he can gain some time bonifications from sprints, the he can go himsel for the win |

Early Season startlists
Gabon
Joshua Edmondson
Sergio Henao
Adrian Honkisz
Andrew Tennant
Scott Thwaites
Benedikt Wechenbach
The inaugurate race for our new star, Benedikt. He will be act as main sprinter in the team with Tennant and Thwaites giving the sprint train. For the GC we have Henao and Weschenbach with help from Edmondson. Honkisz mainly will be used as domestique.
TDU
Mark Cavendish
Bernhard Eisel
Matthew Hayman
Danny Pate
Luke Rowe
Christopher Sutton
Benedikt Weschenbach
Again, we have a double headed team. Mark for sprints, Benedikt for the GC. Mark have easier job with a strong rouler support, Benedikt need to go strong along on the hills, maybe tje local guys or Pate can help him.
San Luis
Stephen Cummings
Joseph Dombrowski
Joshua Edmondson
Sergio Henao
Jasha Sutterlin
Ben Swift
The early seasons only south american race its nearly a home soil for Henao, so he target a good, maybe top5 place in the GC. Swift for additional points in sprints.
We dont have any race goals for this races, but we came with some of our best guys, so some stage wins, nice GC places its a must |

Weschi's Blog
Hey guys,
it's Ben. My start in the season is awesome so far. I have won todays 2nd stage in Gabon and I feel confident for the Tour Down Under already. The GC in Gabon may not look that good for me, but I'm happy with the win, which should show, that I have replaced Hanzen perfectly. I hope I can progress a lot during the season.
-Benedikt Weschenbach
Tour de Gabon:
- 1x Stage win: 2
- Points Classification
Santos Tour down Under:
- 1x Stage win: 1
- Wearing the leaders jersey for 1 day

Weschi's Blog
Hey there,
it's Ben again. I just came back from my first race and I'm quite happy, even if we did miss out on the GC. I won my 1st green jersey. It was a close battle between me and Machado, but I won it due to my better position at the last race. I will start posting my palmares from now on in my first Blog post. I hope the list gets longer. I'm now on my way to Australia where I hope to give Cav a hand in the sprints and to for the GC properly this time. Down below I posted a picture from me with my first green jersey. Thanks to my manager for giving me such a chance.

Congratulations Benedikt, you did very-very well in your first race. So, now you can concentrate for the hills of TDU, but if you see the opportunity can you go for the sprints |
