Not sure whether you're kidding or not, but that's the time bonus the riders got.
I know, I was joking...
It's not usual to see the time bonuses in a classification like that... Usually those numbers are the time gaps... But it doesn't matter anyway cause it was a really bad joke...

also beaten by Stage Racer Hector Guerra. McEwen has been doing even worse and I don't hear anyone saying that about him. although I'm 99.9% sure McEwen is going to surprise many many people in a bad way this season. I'm positive he's past his expiring date

A funny thing just happened in the last stage of the Volta ao Algarve...
Devolder is the yellow jersey and he had a puncture... All the Quickstep riders come to his aid and try for 15 minutes to get him back at the peloton and when they are within 50 meters of the peloton the whole team crashes!
Now they're back at the peloton after a few more minutes of intense ridding...

Devolder entered the peloton 2 minutes after the "team-crash"...and he has not crashed at the first time, he had a puncture.

I'm not following the race on Ciclismo Digital... A good friend of mine is now working on a radio station that is covering the race and he's texting me with whatever happens in the race... He's version was that Devolder had a puncture, yada yada yada and when they were getting back to the peloton the first Quickstep guy fell and the others followed... But it was no big deal and after 2/3 km they were back at the peloton...

I was just agreeing with you
My friend warned me that in a big part of the stage they wouldn't have any internet coverage to update the stage informations and even his text messages to me are coming with 10/15 minutes delay...

In the meanwhile, Davide Rebellin outsprinted Rinaldo Nocentini and Alexandre Botcharov to claim his second win in the Tour du Haut Var (1.1), after the one he achieved in 1999.

Manuel Vázquez (Contentpolis-Murcia, previously Grupo Nicolás Mateos) wins the mountainous stage of the Vuelta Valenciana and Benfica's Ruben Plaza (remember him?) takes the lead. why? because the guy on the motorbike took Contador and Gutierrez down the wrong road
