Should get 69-70 MO/HIL/TT (Stage racer,as i listed).
Hey, we weren't allowed to complain about our own stats. + You're the second best rider of the team
And with your current stats, you are a stage-racer. A stage-racer doesn't need the same MO & TT stats, Nibbles is a stage-racer as well.
No, I understand your point, stats need to be higher.
+4, and in some cases +5, would do as well. But as said, not every stat +4. F.e. Zolderman's COB ability shouldn't move with the other stats if you'd do all +4, since he should still be a bad cobbler.

@Jesleyh: That isn't bad, but they'll develop very fast after some high finishes, due to the training style of the game.
@admirschleck: Remember that I choose the stats?
@cio93: Well see, with my training model, anyone that finishes receives points towards stat upgrades. These stat upgrades are in addition to the regular rider development, so top riders will be snatched up into the World Tour within a season or two, which is unfavorable.

Well, you could also lower the finishing points, so that a rider would be snatched up to WT in 3/4 seasons?
So you could still higher up some guys...
Okay, sorry, your game

Haha, maybe I'll make some tweaks...
And don't worry about making suggestions! They are always welcomed, even if not taken into account.

Everyone needs a boost to even have an idea of being competitive in the first 2 seasons.
Guys 22-25 should get a +5-7 boost to be the team leaders (yes this includes my rider, it's why he's 23 not 16... also his name is Hinault not Pinault)
20-22 around +3, and U20's +1
This will also sort out some definitive team leaders which are badly needed in general for both results and structure. Also it's very tough to tell what sort of riders they are. I cannot make out, for example, who is a cobbles rider or sprinter.
Also remember that FTR and DH cannot be trained, so what is set now will be their stats for ever... And i know i specifically said that my rider drops like a brick and loves a long solo effort, both of which to me mean 75+, and i imagine it is the same for many others.
I know you have your own training system worked out, but if it relates to results it's going to take for f'ing ever with those stats, and even longer with 0.3 dev... Also you say going WT in 2 seasons if unfavorable... Again i reckon that for most people going to WT is the whole point, and again for those older riders (like my 23yo) i was expecting to go up after 1 season, maybe 2 depending on starting stats. I know i had an idea of what stats i wanted/expected, and this is no where close for any rider i had imagined. Trust me when i say you will struggle to stay interested with this team, as they should not win a race for at least 2 seasons.

You can still join yeah. You won't end up in the U25 team, but in a CT team of your choice.
Reports about you will still be done once in a while(a bit less than in the U25 team though), and you have a good chance to end up in the U25 team next season, if you want of course

@bennett: see Jesley's response, as I am too lazy to care about writing a full one.

It's better. DH's are still too low across the team, as are FTR. Also finding it hard to follow the logic behind some stats, but i guess without knowing what the rider's specialization and age are i'm only making rough guesses.
All i do know is about my rider, and that what is was expecting, and what is there are two wildly different things. Might just be me being unhappy, but a 23yo with those stats is never going to make the WT...
But as i said without knowing ages, or how your development system works, really not much to say that's of any use... I'm basing off a 0.3 dev with 4-5 potential for a 23yo, and well, not great.

Like the stats. (Of course, stats of Zolderman are always too low, because it's mine )
And meh, Admir's rider is better than mine, also in climbing, while he's a stage racer
Nah, Wesleys stats are ok.
And TMM, Hinault is yours, no? Why do you complain, by far the best MO guy of the team And everyone develops fast according to NTTHRASH

I know he's the best MO, that's not the issue. More that everyone has sh*t backup stats, especially FTR and DH, which don't train normally, and especially as i requested high DH...
And that we don't know the improvement system. As always i'm out to break the system before it starts |

I probably would have given myself 65hill, 63 acc, 60TT and 58MO with a lower COB stat so it's good to see we are mainly on the same lines.
If I could make 1 change then it would be making my mountain stat 57 and my COB stat 55 to show how my rider will develop and it shouldn't throw his stat balance out to much.
and @TMM I get the impression the improvement system is meant to be our main way of developing our rider rather then the natural in game improvements.

Well, as cobbled leader, I think a raise of 1, perhaps 2 would be better. For the rest, I was described as a bit Cancellara-like, so a higher TT and PRL would be realistic
Spoiler Not saying you have to, just a suggestion
