Today is the ITT. It is 37 km and Hilly. I will take it easy today and give Jurgen tips about the course's turns.
The Race
The first good early time was set by Malori for Lampre. However he ended up in 35th place.
The next good time was set by Jesse Sergent. He came in 5 seconds faster and stayed on top for a while, but the better climbers all set better times and Sergent ended up 33rd.
I finished soon after Sergent and felt good at the finish. I hope Jurgen feels as good as I did during his ride.
The time of Sergent was beaten by teammate Lars Bak. He went around the course 50 secs quicker than Sergent. Lars ended up in 11th place.
Lars didn't stay on top for very long though, as Fabian Cancellara finished two riders behind him and set the new best time. Fabian finished in fourth place.
Roman Krueziger rode a surprisingly good TT and beat the time of Cancellara by 4 seconds. He finished third.
Everyone predicted that Cadel Evans would ride a great TT today but he didn't do anything special finishing 7th place 43 sec down.
The next person on the top of the leader board was certainly a surprise. It's Jurgen Van Den Broeck rolling in with a blistering time of 52 21. The only man left to finish was Bradly Wiggins and Wiggo set the best times at the two intermediate splits. Can Wiggins take a third win in Switzerland?
No he can't as Wiggo rolls in with a time of 52 22. Wiggo misses out on the win by 1 sec. What a surprising win for Jurgen!!

O-D-Marseille: That is quite slow.
Sutty: Hopefully he can keep it through the mountains.

Today the race enters the mountains with a summit finish to Arosa. I will help Jurgen anyway I can and go for sprint points if they are available.
The Race
9 men got away from the start of the stage. They were: Fedrigo (FDJ), Castoviejo (Movistar), Elmiger (IAM), Navardauskas (Garmin), Sorensen (Saxo Bank), Van Avermaet (BMC), Wurf (Cannondale), Malori (Lampre), and Paolini (Katusha).
With 16 km to go Nibali made a long range attack. Nibali is 1 01 down on the GC.
With 10 km to go Nibali has caught the original breakaway as the bunch trail by 2 min.
3 km to go and Van Den Broeck is leading the bunch on the climb to the finish. Nibali has dropped everyone in the break and is leading by 1 30.
With 1 km to go Nibali is going to win the stage. But the question is will he get enough time over Wiggins to take over yellow?
Meanwhile under the flamme rouge Jurgen has dropped everyone but Wiggins. Nibali leads by about 1 min.
With 500 m to go Jurgen has dropped Wiggins and Krueziger has come back to Wiggo.
Nibali wins the stage and is too tired to celebrate!! The big question is the clock. Wiggins must come in inside of 1 min 1 sec to retain yellow. And Wiggins doesn't make it finishing 1 min 6 sec.

Today is the final mountain stage of the race. Jurgen needs 26 seconds over Nibali to take the GC win.
The Race
There was a 10 man break that got away on the first climb including Haussler, Herrada, and Wellens who are chasing the KOM jersey.
With 10 km to go the breakaway was caught and the group had just gone through the intermediate sprint. Jurgen took first getting 2 seconds on Nibali who took 3rd.
With 5 km to go Sanchez has attacked and has 30 sec to the 8 man GC group.
With 2.5 km to go Jurgen puts in his final attack. And he is getting away!! He is 15 sec behind Sanchez.
With 1 km to go Jurgen has caught Sanchez and they have 20 sec no Nibali!!
With 500 m to go Sanchez is dropped Jurgen will take the stage and the 10 sec time bonus. Will he get enough gap as Nibali is coming quickly.
Jurgen takes the Stage!! Nibali takes second so he gets 4 more seconds of time bonus. Wiggins takes second with Krueziger fourth. But will the gap be enough?
And Vincenzo Nibali wins the Tour du Suisse by 6 seconds over Jurgen Van Den Broeck. Wiggins takes third 17 seconds back.
Nibali takes the points jersey ahead of Wiggins and Jurgen. I actually take fourth but I was only 5 points back in the competition.
I will see you next at my last race the Tour de France!

Greipel Crashes in German Championship
Andre Greipel crashed yesterday during his bid to win the German champion's jersey. Andre broke his collarbone when crashed after touching wheels with sprinter Gerald Ciolek while battling for the wheel of Marcel Kittel. Greipel will now miss the Tour de France and will now try to come back for the Vuelta a Espana. The team's points jersey aspirations now depend on Kiwi Greg Henderson who his riding his last race in his cycling career.

Sutty: A shame lost it by only 5 points but ended up in 4th.
Ian: Hopefully he can make the best of it.

The fight of for Yellow
The Favorites
Vincenzo Nibali is back after finishing third last year. After a disappointing Giro Nibali won the Tour du Suisse. He is on form but can he keep it up in the third week.
Team Sky can be listed as a favorite. They have Wiggo, Froome, Uran, and Henao all riding the Tour.
The Schleck brothers are having a great year after missing out in 2012. Will they be able to keep up in the TT?
Van Gardren got his chance in the Giro and failed the team, so Cadel Evans is the unchallenged leader for the BMC team. Can he repeat his tour win of 2011?
Jurgen Van Den Broeck is the Belgian hope for this year. He has had a late start to the season. His teammate Vannedert had success in the Giro. Can Jurgen repeat the Belgian GT success?
This man is the biggest favorite for the race. He has a great team and showed great form in the Dauphine winning 4 stages. Can he keep it up?
Honorable Mention: Sanchez, Gesink, Basso, Costa, Pozzovivo.
The Fastmen
Mark Cavendish has the best leadout train in the sport here at this years tour. They have one goal: the green jersey.
Matt Goss has 10 victories this year. He also has a great train and is the team's leader for the race.
Peter Sagan has no leadout train but it doesn't seem like he needs it. He is the best on the hills out of the fastmenm, but his team is focused on Ivan Basso's GC hopes.
Some other names: Marcel Kittel, Greg Henderson, Alex Kristoff, Demare and Bouhanhi

Selwink: Yes, Google didn't have very many pictures of just Cadel in a BMC Jersey. Finding a Goss pic was almost impossible. There was one pic in a Orica jersey,
