If a rider isn't good enough for Sky might he join Endura Racing?
Or Node4, IG Sigma, UK Youth, Rapha, Raleigh?
But these teams are not nearly as good as Endura and proberbly only as good as the development squad

@Mordekaiser: But you can also go to any Pro Conti/WT team if they're interested. It's not that you have to go to an english team, it's just more likely that they're interested
And you could also just stay at this development squad, it's great

Both of your riders are under contract for next year, so it doesn't really matter atm.
There's no need to keep asking. If a team is interested, I will tell you and then you can make the decision yourselves. |

Race Report
Tour of South Africa Stage 6

The final real challenge of the race takes in three categorised climbs before a final ascent up Old Helshoogte Pass. Will the sprinters be able to stay up there or will the explosive climbers be able to put time into them. Either way, the GC will be almost final tonight, with just bonus seconds left tomorrow.
Today's breakaway was seven strong with Hoogenboominitially in there for Sky Dev. However, when Hudecek, second in the KoM ranking, attacked across, the polka dot jersey was under threat so Oget had to go on the attack. Hoogenboom couldn't go again so dropped back, leaving Oget with the baton.
Despite Hudecek trying everything, Oget was too strong for the Czech rider again, winning the first two climbs to wrap up the competition. He also scored points on the first category climb to rub salt into Hudecek's wounds. Oget will be on the podium tomorrow.
Endura were magnificent today, sitting on the front of the peloton for the entire stage, limiting the breakaway's lead, then reeling them back in over the penultimate climb. Paul Voss even put in an attack, which was followed by Michael Rasmussen, but both were back in the peloton soon after.
As they approached the final climb, there were more attacks as the breakaway was caught. Padour put in a big attack but it was Mayer of NSP who got a gap and hit the bottom of the climb first. Sky's riders were sitting in the bunch waiting for the right moment to hit the front. Thompson radioed the team car saying his legs felt superb today and that he would give it a go.
And on the final climb, it was Thompson who was leading the chase after Mayer, who was still just ahead. The Kiwi climber was putting in a big effort but couldn't shake off the rest of the field. Fischer and Hammarling were both comfortable a bit further back and it looked, amazingly, like a bunch sprint was approaching. The climb just wasn't hard enough.
Surprise, surprise, it was Schumacher who took another win, catching Mayer on the line, with another German, Voss, in third. Tiernan-Locke could only manage sixth, not far ahead of his team mate McEvoy. Sky's top finisher was Thompson in thirteenth, but Hammarling, Fischer and Van Niekerk all finished in the peloton to keep their great GC placings.

@Luigi hehe, at least I've got the ability to stay in the peloton(can't get in front of the peloton, but can't get dropped either )
@Race Great, it looks like the KoM is ours

Well.. that stage was a big disappointment, with 100 riders finishing in the same time
Anyway, great job by Oget to defend the KoM jersey. |

Obviously the level in the hills is a bit too high for the team, but that's why they're only a development squad, right?
