Well,The Suisse NC is flat, with 2 small(tiny) hills being repeated about 22 times. The finish is downhill.

Stat Increase:
Custom Riders - Earn "points" from posts and comments etc. Better stuff means more "points. These "points" are then spent on stats.

Stat Decrease:
Only impact 32+ year olds.

Well, that sucks...
You said 34 years earlier, and I did choose my riders also having 34 in mind... I've got a team of pretty many 31-32 year olds with a 2/3 year contract, because I knew they would turn 34 when their contract ends...

Honestly you never said 34, someone post that the rider in PCM start decreasing at 34...You said that over 30 there is the risk to see a decrease phase in your rider that should be more realistic imo; but that's me. |

I've said over 30 like a generic age as he never said 30 or 34 or 32. Though he, talking about jaxika's custom rider (30) said he will start getting worse in few years (1-2). You can check it, i'm pretty sure. Imo 32 is good and it's quite realistic. |

Well.. in draft round 12 I think (restricted round) I especially looked for age 30-31 riders as I thought it was said somewhere that they would become worse at age 34 |

I was wondering if the number of updates is still open for debate? Once after the season seems very little, especialy for the custom riders it will be tough. Of course more then 1 update each season means a lot more work for you, I'm aware of that
Secondly, how will the points work?
A) Can you put them all on one rider? Personaly I think there should be a limit
Suggestion: a progress cap per stat or per rider at each update
B) Will team with more young riders get more points? If not, teams with few young riders get a huge advantage, as they have less riders to split their points on.
Suggestions:
-Use a multiplier for the points depending on the team's average age.
-Give extra points for young riders
-Give all young riders a certain update depending on their age, and add the points on top of that
