@TMM When deciding who gets a wildcard and who promotes/relegates is the balance of nationalities also important? I explain:
Team 1: German team: 40% German, 25% Dutch, 20% Belgium, 15% Swiss
Team 2: German team: 42% German, 11% Japanese, 9% Colombian, 8% South-African 8% Brazilian, 7% Canadian, and 5% Hungarian, Russian and Chinese.
If the HQ and the results are of the same quality, which team would more easily get a wildcard?

About Numbers
Aiming for 50%, thats 38-39 teams. Its ambitious, but i think doable. If its only 27 thats still a WT and a healthy CT
@Jesl
Nationality is unlikely to have that much of an impact on Promotion. It will have a fairly large impact on Wildcards.
Wildcars: Most important squad, then nationalities, then results
Promotion: ranking, results, everything else.

Good that this idea gets so much positive feedback. I was thinking of making 10 styles available (I will post the pictures with sponsors on them and then just erase them later...)

I prefer custom teams, because I already came up with one, you can choose the best nationality for your team and it's just more fun.
Well, anyway, TMM decided already: We use custom teams
