the other thing guys is that from what i can tell our budget is 300 000 but there is also a sponsor selection thing...
Edit: Apparently the sponsor pays my salary while i have to pay yours, and with 300 000 only which also has to be used to buy equipment we will have to have two (or more) teams if everyone wants to be paid 40 000 (which r0seBa says is very expensive) what do people think?
